The first thing I tried to do was my 2016 taxes and I couldn’t get any slide down bars to work with TurboTax. Seems like the slide down bars weren’t popping up on a few things. I became frustrated and returned this over priced beautiful beast. The sound was amazing.

Overheated to death

Looked it up, yeah that’s a known issue. Then after 3 days of downloads, installs and setups, it screen glitched, froze, tried to restart itself (in a troubleshoot/rebuild kind of way?) then glitched out again while loading up the OS. This time, it never came back up. Something was physically damaged. Returned and got a Razer 17” and couldn’t be happier!

Forced to buy new.

Replaced a 3 yr old Macbook since thats pretty much how long they last before cost of repairs force you to buy a new one. Cost of downtime also plays a part of buying a new one.
