So far I'm really happy. It's pretty zippy for a laptop. I can edit large RAW files in Photoshop easily. It's a great compliment to my desktop.

Not my first Mac but its as good as the rest. Runs fast and the battery life is good so far.

Love this laptop. Very powerful for what I need. Didn’t think I be using the Touch Bar, but I use it all the time.

I was wondering why the costs was so high but once I got more familiar with using it I understood. The sound quality is better than I dreamed it ever could be. I would rather listen to music through this than any other product. The touch button to log in to sites also is a huge plus. I’ve been a mac user for the last 12 years and never plan on using anything else. Mac just gets better and better. No touch screen but thats allright with me, everything else makes up for it and then some.

Love this computer, has held up and still works great. Storage is great for what I do.

This Mac is a beast! Handles Adobe premier with fast export times in comparison to a 2017 13” MacBook Pro. Love it!

After a false start with a new M1 13-inch laptop revealed the need for MUCH more than 8GB, I returned that one and bought the 16" with 16GB -- and I'm still finding that with just the Finder and Chrome open, it still runs slowly at times. And the adjustment to Big Sur (and all of my familiar and favorite apps that DON'T run under this OS) will take some adjustment. The laptop heats up more than my 2017 one did, too. Overall, it's doing what a laptop should do, but there's definitely room for improvement. By the next time I replace my computer, I hope there is a larger screen M1 available, since the print seems to be getting smaller and smaller as I get older. Maybe there will even be a way to expand the memory on M1's by then!

This computer is fast, light and easy to carry. I have 2 computers in 1 with parallels I am able to use the computer as a Mac and PC

This is a great laptop for editing, great screen and ease of use. It comes with a nice amount of storage and a great graphics card.

The slickest machine I’ve ever had - perfect out of the box, no laborious setting up, no ad ware - except for Apple, of course. Unit feels heavy, but I’m moving up from a 14 inch with too short a battery life. Time will tell. Best Buy wanted a review only a few weeks into purchase. Disadvantages:it’s frustrating that I need adapter cables for any external connection, but It’s pretty cool that I have 4 ports that can be any type output/input,

Really needed a laptop for editing photos and videos, so far I love it! The touch bar and touch ID are very convenient and it's fast.

Battery life is very good. Very responsive. Easily hooks up to external display and handles online learning google meets video.

it is amazing how little size difference between the 15 and 16. But the 16" screen is great and performs much better than my 2017.

Have been a long time MacBook Pro owner. Love the speed and size of this model. Gorgeous screen and no lag with video editing software.

I’ll begin by saying that I’m a Mac guy. However I work multiple platforms personally and professionally, and the Macintosh computer is definitely my favorite! This computer seriously rocks! It has all the bells and whistle‘s that I could want. It’s wicked fast! And the interface and characteristics of the computer itself are amazing! The service at Best Buy was amazing and I want to thank the geek squad and the sales staff for their help and service getting me up and running! Thanks to everybody!

This MacBook is great for school and designing. I use this on a daily basis. It is very fast and easy to maneuver.

Just got this a couple of weeks ago, so still getting it set up the way I like it. I agree that the new keyboard is pretty good, although I still like the one on my old 2013 15" better. Seems to have very good speed for Photoshop, and it is certainly quiet. I have to say that I really do not care for the HUGE trackpad. I guess they designed it that way for "gestures", which i don't use and probably never will. The problem is that there is almost nowhere to rest your palms without being on the trackpad. I don't like it, and I'm not crazy about the "haptic" feedback instead of an actual click, although i suppose that's one less thing to wear out. I had to get a wireless mouse because the trackpad was driving me crazy. It is what it is, and i'm not going to return the laptop just because of the trackpad, but I think it's a poor design.

Love it! Large screen is nice and clear, not too heavy, recommend the bigger screen. The service from Best Buy was outstanding!
