I love the bigger screen (previously had a MacBook Air 13” since 2014, which still works great, but it was time for a bigger screen. My eyes are not what they used to be). Some people don’t like the touch bar, but I don’t mind it, and I like the fingerprint scan on the power button. No complaints!

MacBook Pro 16”

I chose this over a dells XPS 17 mainly for battery life and means of traveling with it. MacBook way lighter then dell thinner as well.

First MacBook

I am so in love with this laptop. Definitely a learning curve after coming from 20 years on a Windows computer but Apple Care has been so helpful! This is doing everything I need it to for my photography business.

Great investment!

Runs my engineering programs like a pro, including in Bootcamp for programs not available in MacOS like Solidworks and ANSYS. I consider it a workstation, so I keep it plugged in to the charger. Don't expect this machine to have a good battery life as such. That's what the Macbook Air is for.

Replacement Macbook for my 17"

When I saw the 16" was available I decided to try it out. After spending some time with it at the store, I purchased it and am really enjoying it so far. More time will tell for sure, but I hardly notice the 1 inch difference on the screen.
