A bit pricey but it was a gift to myself for going back to school. I love the size as well as the Touch Bar, which is what caught my eye in the first place. I’ve been using it for over a year with no issues.

I've been using this laptop for a few months now and have had no issues with it. Was a bit worried about the BigSur update but I have not had any issues with that either! This model might be overkill for someone who just needs a basic computer, but the screen size is worth it.

This is my first MacBook and I am in love with It! I had been searching for a better laptop for awhile and when I couldn't find something I liked in PCs i took a chance with Apple. This one is perfect for me! It runs smoothly, decent specs, and the MacOS was interesting to learn. Beautiful machine!

I previously had a late 2013 13" macbook pro, so jumping into the upgrade of this macbook pro is a huge change. I'm very happy with everything about it. Screen is amazing, the keyboard is perfect, and overall just a very smooth experience using it so far. Yes these are expensive, but they will last you many many years!

Needed to acquire a machine for multiple personal and professional uses. This beast does it all, like butter. Video conferencing telecommute remote access to my Windows machine in the office, music production, writing. I love it. I will never go back to Windows machines. Should have made this switch years ago.

Upgraded from a 2017 MacBook Pro 13” and I have no regrets. The screen is huge and there’s so much more space to multitask. I’m just a casual user and mainly use it for web browsing, content streaming, FaceTime, and spreadsheets but there are no hiccups at all in my daily use. Highly recommend!

I’ve always used Macs, and I’m very happy with this purchase. My old MacBook was a great machine that served me well for years but it was not keeping up anymore and had developed a few frustrating eccentricities. The MacBook Pro 16 is just what I needed as a replacement/upgrade, and I love I!

Love this Apple computer! Great for gaming and really fast!! It’s been 6 months and I have had no problems with my computer. I use it for anything from gaming to browsing, to playing music, editing photos, Discord to watching YouTube. This computer handles it all.

I purchased this to replace an old Mac mini. It has been in incredible upgrade. The new/old keyboard is so much better. This computer is fast for all the photo and video editing I have been doing while working from home. Great computer. Love everything about it. It is truly the best computer I have owned.

I would give 5 stars, but this laptop has 2 problems common to "too thin" laptops: it overheats and it has rather loud fans

This laptop is as amazing as I thought it would be. Of course I had an older desktop before but for me an Apple is the best of all of them. Yes, too pricey, but my desktop lasted for 12 plus years so do the math and the annual cost isn't so bad. So easy to transmit things from old computer to new.

A very great product! 10 out of 10. Needed a CPU for audio engineering and this MacBook definitely can handle that. Had a 2012 IMac that couldn’t handle all of the software I needed. Now I have no problems at all. The graphics are top notch and screen size is perfect.

I like it, runs smooth and fast. I was due for a new one over my 2014 MacBook Pro (which still works, but it’s showing its age). I dislike that you have to buy an adapter to use everything from a SD card, flash drives, HDMI, etc. Apple is just making the consumer spend more money.

There's nothing I can say that will do justice to the power of this machine. The screen, the graphics, the features, are all a notch above. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you get it configured exactly as you want it from the start because the hard disk and memory are not upgradable!

This is the first MacBook that we have ever owned. We were tired of the PC’s being outdated and slow startups after less than 6 months. This laptop has been amazing. I used curbside pickup for this laptop. It was really easy. I highly recommend Best Buy and MacBook computers.

Have been using everyday since I got it and have had no issues. The last MacBook that can use bootcamp and run windows 10. Wish I got the model above this but still a powerhouse of a machine.

Expensive but great performance. My son uses this for music and video editing. Hs plenty of power and speed.

Bought this to dive into the Apple ecosystem and develop an iPhone app. This has enough power and a big enough screen to be an 'everyday' computer. The keyboard does get fairly warm, I recommend an external keyboard. No issue for me as I prefer an external keyboard anyway. Screen is gorgeous!

Mostly use this mac for videos/editing and creative design. So far I love it and would highly recommend it. Also, I purchased it through Best Buy because of their rewards program and Geek Squad membership, which saved me 20% Off Geek Squad Protection and AppleCare ! It is definitely worth it.
