Upgraded from a 2014 Macbook Pro 15". It still does the job, but was starting to slow on anything video related. Was waiting for Apple to ditch the horrible butterfly keyboard. Back to a good keyboard. Proper amount of travel and an ESC key. Everything else is as expected, just faster.

This computer works like a charm! It's fast and especially good for editing videos which I what I mainly use it for. Good investment! Just make sure to use apple adapters when you plug something into the ports or else you may find out that the computer won't recognize it.

The computer is a breeze to use and user friendly. We own many Apple products and the quality is first rate . We attended the class on how to receive the most from your Apple computer and the many features you can utilize . I would highly recommend this product and we bought an open box that was as good as new .

This MacBook is a dream! It’s powerful, and handles multiple loads of work seamlessly. This MacBook is for the business person, for the student, the content creator, anybody looking to create something without limitations.

I was disappointed that I thought I was getting a 2020 computer and it was a 2019 model when I checked it out at home. I also was disappointed that the sales person didn't point out that the USB connection was different and that all my old applications would no longer work on this new machine, (did he even know????). I needed to get started right away and now I have to update everything. OK, BUT it would have been nice if the sales person knew this before selling me the new machine!!!

My grandson does music production and this computer is far superior than the previous computer he was using. Great graphics and plenty of speed and memory for complex music mixing. We were going to wait for the new model, but this one is proven and should last many years.

Bought this for my little sister’s first year of college and she loves it! Works perfectly with all her other apple devices and fits all her college needs! She is even personalizing some features on the bar at the top of the keyboard! Absolutely loves it!

I am still learning the Mac. It takes some time since I have never used a Mac before. I love the track pad. The display is very nice. The sound that comes out of the speakers is outstanding. It is so much faster than my old computer. The more I use it the more I like it.

Great speed, graphics, and size. Only ding is the trackpad-almost too big for my taste.

Great machine as always. My last one is still going but pretty rough. It was 11 years old. The new one I’m sure will last just as long. If you take care of these machines they will take care of you. I love all of the features and makes my work a breeze.

it's lightweight and you have total power. I have WINDOWS BOOTCAMP installed and now I feel confident to work in any setting. Battery life is superb. I thought I was gonna have a tough time without magsafe but I haven't. I charge up and unplug and work. There is nothing like apple trackpad.

Responsive and speedy. And very fun. I would recommend buying a USB C to multiple different hook ups to connect your old tech with this computer since USB C is the only way in and out of this thing. But still... I am very impressed and will recommend to friends.

My MacBook Pro is perfect for my primary office and portable computer. With it, I do not need a desktop. It provides a large, easily viewable screen and plenty of memory for the particular software I use in my business and personal life.

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro 16, it is everything that I needed and wanted in a laptop. It was definitely well worth the money spent, know that I have the reliability that I have grown to trust from Apple. Also, I absolutely love the touchscreen bar, and the Touch ID.

This is my first Mac product. It is surprisingly user-friendly, and while the touchbar is a strange feature, it has certainly come in handy and has excellent customization. This is the fastest laptop I have ever owned by far. I see this lasting me a long time.

I've used a 13 inch MacBook Pro for several years now and wanted to get another one with a larger screen and more memory. This fit the bill. But, I've had problems with videoconferencing. The camera is poor quality and there is no way to upgrade or fix this issue. The video is blurry and grainy, not at all what I expected. Since I purchased this laptop primarily for videoconferencing, it is a disappointment. I've also had a problem with the battery life. It runs down very quickly, so I've had leave it plugged in all the time. If I am videoconferencing and open a browser and powerpoint at the same time, the battery loses charge very quickly. Well, this defeats the purpose of the portability of a laptop. I might as well have bought a desktop computer. The other selling point for this computer for me was the Price Match Guarantee. I was happy to save quite a bit of money. But, I have yet to see my refund and it's been over 2 months. I still can't get anyone to help me. I caution you about this most of all. The other issues are inconvenient, but this is truly regrettable because I could have gone elsewhere and paid less for this same product. In effect, I paid full price for a computer that doesn't live up to minimum expectations - a reasonably good camera, reasonable battery life, or a reasonable price. Buyer beware.

I'm not much of a macbook or apple person but work required me to purchase a macbook to start using full time. I've been running full time on this laptop and it doesn't flinch at anything I've thrown at it so far. I've been actually enjoying using this laptop.

One of the best mac configurations in the market with a powerful processor and enough SDD storage to get a high performance system. It's not about the quality of the brand but the power that this config delivers for graphic design and software development tasks.

The computer is great, but with the new operating system, my current programs that I use all of the time will not load or work and some of them are not available to work on the Catalina operating system. Also the plug in ports are smaller so my current USB thumb drives cannot be inserted so there was a need to purchase an external multi-adapter. With a slight learning curve, I really do like the computer and will continue to look for a program to replace the one I cannot load on this computer.

As beautiful as ever ! Ok so it may not have the super new M1 chip yet, but it still renders my Final Cut Pro projects in no time. Love the huge 16" screen and the easy keyboard and touch bar ! BestBuy price was $400 cheaper than Applle by the way :)
