I have had a MacBook for nearly 9 years so it was time to get a new one. This new one is just as great as my old one, but I am annoyed that there’s no USB. I can’t get the Migration Assistant to work because my old laptop is working on such an old iOS, and I can’t use a thumb drive to transfer because there’s no USB. Other than that little blip I have no complaints.

I've only owned PCs so this is a big switch for me. But so far, I'm loving this 16" MacBook Pro! It's similar enough to my HP Pavilion 15.6" laptop that the transition has been pretty smooth.

I feel like the ape touching the monolith in 2001: A Space Odyssey. This machine is at the edge of my understanding in the best possible way. I haven’t been this excited to have a specific piece of technology ever.

I always have problems with PCs that run Windows but have never had severe issues with my Macs. This laptop is no different so far. Extremely fast, and if you catch it on sale, go for it. I use it for video editing and would recommend.

The Apple MacBook is a solid machine, I am confident that I'll be able to get many years of use out of this piece of equipment. I am disappointed that apple has deviated from using traditional HDMI and USB ports. It limits its ability to interface with anything that isn't an apple product.

Have had it for 2 years and it completely died on me 2 days ago. Taking it into Apple in an hour… worked great before. I work in TV and it was great for on the go and being on set. It handles footage well but not sure how it can just crap-out like that after just 2 years…

My purchase of MacBook Pro is one of the best Computer purchases That I have ever made. Best laptop on the market. Love the fingerprint logon security feature and the large display screen. Will purchase another one for my spouse

The only thing I wish apple had did was give the model the sd card reader and other ports vs the four usbc types. This thing is blazing fast. I love the finger print reader and the action bar

Beautiful machine. Does what I need it to. Wish I would’ve waited for the updated model but I’m happy to have the 16” back. Had to update after my 17” went obsolete and the 15” was too small.

Picture quality is excellent, crisp images. The sound is amazing. Very fast processing speed. Only downside is that it does tend to get a little warm when operating for long periods. An external cooling fan pad may help with that.

Has been fabulous, even though it was a learning curve from years of PC. Sound and picture are great. Touchpad works great. No problems for a couple of years.

Great laptop. The speed is much improved over my last one which important for the video editing that I do. Very easy to set-up and load all the apps and files that I had on my old one. This is a great product!

Purchased this for my son for college!! He is majoring in commercial photography and needed this to use light room and photoshop to edit his pictures.. this has made things so easy. You can get any better than a MacBook Pro

Kicked a lot of tires before choosing this to replace both a Windows laptop and Mac Mini. Definitely the right choice for me. Covers my business and personal needs, gives me new capabilities for additional projects. Battery life is terrific.

I bought this to use for college, and I love the speed and trackpad! As it was refurbished, I found some minor smears on the screen, but it was barely noticeable. The speaker quality is AMAZING! I would definitely recommend.

This computer is an absolute UNIT. Whether you're surfing the web, editing pictures and videos, or just listening to music, this 16" MacBook pro can handle it all. And ask for more.

Love the audio on this MacBook, it is super powerful which allows me to edit videos, pictures and more using Adobe while also running other applications. Does have a tendency to run hot.

This is an awesome computer for photographers! I have multiple editing software programs open at once while editing and this computer holds up and stays fast! Very bright and sharp image on the screen. You won't be disappointed!

This computer is a solid beast. I do not regret taking the dive and spending the extra money to grab this one instead of a smaller MacBook - the display is outstanding and everything looks and feels so smooth.

I love it. I haven't had it real long and its a replacement to my 2012 model but so far it's great. The touch bar is a nice feature too as you get used to it. Takes a little doing but not hard. Overall, great machine.
