I am a first time MacBook user and navigating the system with the teaching videos is quite helpful. It is intuitive and I love the keyboard-strong and sturdy. Love the tech support in setting up the features and the data transfer was fast and easy in record time. Thank you Best Buy

True color display. Long battery life. Reliable and fast OS. Cons: I hate why Apple soldered its RAM and SSD.
