Powerful and Elegant

I needed something with more memory and a better processor for video/phot editing and coding. This laptop has not disappointed in the first month of use. It multitasks like a champ. It's also a very premium feeling piece of equipment. Yes, it is expensive, but it is a great computer.

First time Mac Owner... Forever changed!

I like the speed of the Mac and the storage is just what I needed. As a medical student, productivity is a must. I switched from a PC and I feel like the Mac is better suited for the applications needed for my school work. I also like that it syncs between all my other Apple devices and I can continue working on multiple devices.

Cool laptop with issues

I tried playing Pokemon trading card game online and it gives me the swirling loading circle when entering and exiting matches. My 2012 macbook air does not have this issue. The pro also gets very hot when doing normal web browsing tasks. Its normal for a laptop to become hot during gaming, which it does. but this is just during web browsing. Like I said, I think my unit is a bad one, but for almost $3K,I would expect there not to be issues like this.
