bad shipping package

I ordered this Macbook at a Bestbuy store and had them shipped it to my home. But I couldn't believe when the package had arrived. One of the box's corners was dented, so was the computer box inside. The outside box was way bigger than the computer inside, when I was carrying it into my house the computer was moving inside the box. When I opened it I saw nothing in there was protecting the computer, only a few packing airbags were already out of air.

A New Computer for Me!

However, Best Buy matched a price lower than their advertised price (and did it easily) .... and were the nicest people ever. I was apprehensive about curbside service. But, it was great! This is my third awesome experience with Best Buy employees. I will be back!

The Real Deal

However, I purchased a Microsoft Surface in 2016. I loved the surface but when it was time to replace it, the MacBook Pro was calling my name. I was hesitant because I had zero complaints with the Surface. The MacBook seems much smoother and has yet to crash with editing software.

Macbook Pro is great!

It is what I needed for the work that I do. The clarity of the screen is great. The only thing I would have liked is having a DVD / CD drive with it, but I'm guessing that is "passe" at this time. All good though, still a great laptop.

I was skeptical at first to try a Mac from the original laptops out there, but have come to really learn and appreciate what this Macbook can do!

This is my third MacBook Pro and I couldn't be happier. These computers last. I gave me old computer to my spouse. I still have the first one. There' so much you can do on these computers. They are so helpful especially if you have other Apple devices.
