Works well longer battery life mouse still very sensitive the bar is a cute feature

It replaces a mid-2012 model, so the improvements are a learning curve, but not too steep. After the crud that fell into the old keyboard, I made sure to add a keyboard cover, surprised that it doesn't get in the way of reasonably rapid typing.

Let’s be honest, if you are perusing MacBooks you have obviously noticed the beauty in Apple design. Mac OS is simple and easy to use with powerful features and these days, software support. Value is hard to determine in this case as the cost is high initially but potentially brought down by the fact that every new version of the OS is free unlike windows and that unlike the average PC many of these laptops are still running 10+ years later. Not to mention the resell value.

Product was in perfect condition. What is equal to the superior product was the service - OUTSTANDING! The employee went out of his way to help with all of the additional items I needed with the laptop and helped me through the payment process to get the best deals.

Great laptop. A little pricey but most Apple products usually are. I use this as my primary school computer. Hopefully it gives me plenty of years of reliable service. It has one glitch, the screen occasionally flickers. I haven’t taken it in yet. Hopefully, it’s nothing.

Great for grad student. It’s a bit pricey, and it’s larger than we wanted. It have features we probably won’t use, but the smaller and less expensive one wasn’t available.

Display is crisp and the speed is great. The sound is not the greatest but it willcdo.

This Macbook is AWESOME I really like it. I can do so many different things with it. It is a bit high in price but it is definitely worth it. My Grandson does his school work on it and it is built sturdy, has great graphics and a great picture.

This is my seventh Apple laptop. I have found them very reliable. Advise looking at your intended use and buying slightly more than you need -- for the future. Listen to the Best Buy experts on getting AppleCare, which has a few extra benefits that are not well known.

Love it. This was an upgrade. This was an easy purchase. Smooth process. Best Buy team always answers questions and help with purchase decision. Display is good. But I did purchase an external monitor from Best Buy as well.

This is the fourth MacBook Pro I’ve bought at Best Buy the prices are competitive and the technical support is great I can count on Best Buy to help me no matter what my problem is with my MacBook Pro it is a great value in a real workhorse computer

Great purchase. I use it for my music mostly and some data entry. I absolutely love this, but wish the memory could be upgraded more. 1TB is a lot, but with all the music I have it's filling quick.

I am very pleased with this laptop! Hard to go wrong when you buy Apple! The only "not so positive" comment I would like to make would be the design of the keyboard area. It seems me that there is way too much space to the right and left of the touchpad under the keyboard. I understand that the keyboard area needs to match the size of the larger screen. Nevertheless, it still seems like too much blank space for my eyes! All esle, is A # 1!

Awesome computer. I do not like having an adapter for USB, HDMI etc.

If your a PC person as I have been for the last 38 years and counting, you should try this version of Mac. If you have other Apple products the way it seamlessly integrates will amaze you. Copy from you phone and paste it in you Mac. Just one of many examples.

I really like the touch bar. Battery life is good. Wish these weren't so expensive but they are worth it.

I bought it a few days ago.. to be exact.. 2 days ago, just to replace a brand new MacBook Pro 13' that wasn't what I expected. I can only say that this computer is insane. The best I've ever used. This time Apple really made it. And the Keyboard... what can I say.. it works...
