The laptop this new MacBook is replacing lasted six years and has only JUST begun having issues because it can't update to the latest OS. We always buy the "latest and greatest" Macs because we know they'll last us several years before having to be replaced.

Coming from a PC history I was not sure I would like this but I absolutely love it! Very well made, easy to figure out. The sound quality and video is amazing! Just sorry I waited so long to try one.

Love all Apple products! The only downside to this laptop is that it is a little heavier than I thought it would be. I would have gotten the smaller size, bu the Best Buy stores were out of the smaller size and I needed a laptop that day.

I have never had a Mac computer before and was not sure how easy it would be compared to Microsoft. it took a couple of days but was so easy because all the symbols are like my IPhone. I can get texts and can transfer pics so easy! Love it!

I love my MacBook Pro! It has made video editing so much easier. I love how much lighter than the design is than in past models. Much easier to transport. Only negative is the charging plug is super short.

MacBook is awesome tool for using with photo editing, just make sure you have enough Ram

Best computer I’ve ever bought because it’s the first computer I’ve ever bought. I tested it to see if it floats on sinks. Guess what I’m sinks. Going to buy another one now and see if it withstands the drop test from 150 feet.

This laptop has quickly become part of the family. It lives on the kitchen island and is used by the whole family to do research, banking, check recipes, cast movies, surf, play games, it does it all.

Apple went all in on the 16" MBP model from the speakers to keyboard down to the power, I do wish I waited for the new M series but for the software I use this will last for years and they price matched the lowest competitors.

Happy with my purchase, but getting the order to go through did take longer than expected with BestBuy support. The staff at the local store was very helpful, but I am not looking forward to dealing with BestBuy again any time soon.

Great for making music. High performance, i wouldn’t mind owning a few of these.

I hesitated for a while on purchasing this. Once I pulled the trigger I couldn’t be happier. Apple makes the highest quality products in existence. Even the packaging is first class. Once you you buy one you will be hooked forever, I was.

The price can be intimidating, but once you have the opportunity to play around with this MacBook you will notice it’s worth every single penny! This MacBook serves every purpose imaginable and is hands down the best overall!

Excellent computer. Love it. I have been using a Mac Book Air for years. I needed more space and the Mac Book has more than I can possibly ever need. Geek Squad set up in home and did a wonderful job.

I expect a lot from a Macbook Pro and this one lived up to my expectations. Then caught me by surprise with how good it sounded when playing a movie. Keyboard has the typical awesome mac feel and the large trackpad is great.

Overheats a lot when connected to the left side, can't have the extra monitor running without having to powerup the mac or let it cool down. It's a little nightmare for an item so expensive. Regret this purchase.

I recent purchased this item from Best buy and the process was quick and efficient. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. I love the product and will continue to purchase Apple Products through Best Buy.
