This is the second MacBook in the house. I love it and now my s.o. Is a convert. To have everything connected across all devices and easy access is great.

The team members were very helpful and informed me on everything I needed to know about the product. Helped me through every step of the way. I would highly recommend going to Best Buy for all your electronic needs.

No doubt is a good product, I bought it however got another better deal so returned it to BestBuy however the product-wise this is a great product. As all apple product a bit expensive though

BEST MACBOOK MADE THUS FAR. Worth every penny. Just make sure you get AppleCare. My speakers are already starting to "pop" -- i.e. making that static sound.

As a designer this is the perfect laptop to run CAD as well as adobe

Love it! Been a home MAC user for years and will continue to be one. PC is fine for work, but prefer MAC and like the new features that I am still learning each day I use it.

Bought for my wife and she loves it. Took time for her to adjust to the Apple way of things, but totally enjoys it now. Apple never disappoints.

I wish I would have bought one sooner. They are the top of the class.

As with any Apple device, the hardware is top-notch. However, I had problems from day one with Kernel panics coming out of sleep mode among other issues. I eventually traced these back to I/O bugs in the current version of macOS, 10.15.4. 10.15.5 appears to fix the issues (I’ve installed a beta version to test), so hopefully that version will be officially released soon!

I was hesitant to make a big purchase like this one because I didn’t know if I was really going to like it. So far everything I have used on this laptop I like. I know there are many more things to find out.

This laptop is a workhorse. My only complaint is if I waited a few months I would have bought the new model without the touchbar.

I love my macbook. this machine is all that and a bag of chips. it is a little unreasonable that the 3" difference is so much of a price difference. I guess thats what you get when you want the best.

Ordered and paid on line. Found the best price on Best Buy.com over going through Apple and all other authorized dealers. Had shipped to store and pick up was simple and quick.

Very nice and worth every penny! I was able to use the migration assistant app to transfer over 30k pictures and videos from my old Mac to my new Mac with no issues.

This is the best laptop since the 2013 model year. It is everything that that the 2016 -2018 should had been. I love the the keyboard, and overall product. Only minor issue is that it's heavier than previous generations.

I love this MacBook and all it has to offer. I am a bit surprised it had a port to plug in headphones as this day in age everything is wireless. Besides that its a great device and I can't complain.

Been holding off upgrading because of keyboard and thermal issues with the mbp line the last few years and when the 16 came along I waited a few months to see what everyone was saying. Glad I made the upgrade!
