I am very impressed with this laptop. It is consistent with what I expect from Apple laptops. Purchased Open-box, checked it thoroughly and have not been disappointed.

Product is very good , but people that sold me this - is dishonest about store policy. Store are not honored completely to price match with other retailers.

MacBook Pro exactly as advertised at the best price around at the time. No issues. My 2nd MacBook and much improved from the 1st Use all Apple products and always satisfied.

I gave my older MacBook Pro to my son. He needed a new computer and I needed more hard drive space. I am very happy with this computer. It has met all my expectations.

I returned this product the same day I got it due to it overheating from just initializing it. Further research online shows that this is a problem with some of these models. I will purchase again at a later date once Apple works out the kinks.

Great laptop. I use this for everything, school, work, and gaming. It's not the best for gaming. Editing videos is also absolutely great on this computer!

The new MacBook Pro is easy to operate and works great. I do wish they had not taken away the cd insert . I down load embroidery stitching patterns and it makes it more difficult to do so with out it....Also I enjoyed the cord with a light to let me know when it is charged. Do think they should bring that back....

Macbook is fine. Bummer you need to buy a USB-C hub to use anything. Bummer MagSafe is gone. "Open Box, excellent unit" had 6 battery cycles or ~ 60 hours of usage. Cosmetically/functionally fine, but still used.

its just the best laptop in existence, this isn't a thing you think about buying or wishing you never did. you buy it because there is nothing else, period

This MacBook Pro is exactly what I was waiting for in a laptop. I get the reliability of a Mac and the processing power to do all my video and audio editing.

Gets very hot after some use, they might’ve tried to pack too much into its thin frame. Works amazingly however i9 doesn’t seem to be the perfect match

a pleasant change from my Surface Book - with bootcamp I was able to install win10 and can easily switch between the OS'es as needed.....

so far so good! My old computer was breaking down and I needed something quick and grateful that Best Buy could fulfill within a couple of hours.

I love the new keyboard layout with an esc key. I’m a independent film maker and it handles my 2k footage fairly easy but it struggles a bit with 4K. I also do visual effects but from time to time it can’t handle the load. It has enough power to edit a film but if you want to add VFX it might be pushing it.

Needed this for my child's school. While I don't use mac, it seems easy to get up and running. very happy with the help in the store too

This is the best version of MacBook Pro ever. The only thing missing is touch screen. For all that money, it should’ve come with a touch screen. Overall, it’s top of the line.

I've owned plenty of iPads and iPhones,and really like them. Never a MacBook computer.Now that I have purchased this MacBook Pro,I will never go back! This machine is Great
