This review is not about the product itself but it's about bestbuy online purchase. Please make sure if you want to buy this go to the store if not they will steal your computer and you will never be reimbursed. I have been dealing with that since Nov.21 when I made the purchase here on the website. They shipped the item to the wrong address, yes I said wrong address and as i was tracking the product, I was that it was going to the wrong address. I contacted bestbuy to let them know that i no longer live in that address so they need to call fedex to redirect the shipping to my current address. The person that I spoke to told me not to worry that she already send email to fedex so the shipping will now come to the correct address. The next day bestbuy sent me a text message that fedex attempted delivery so I call the 888 number again to let them know that i dont live overthere for the second time so the person that I spoke with for this time told that my previous customer service did not redirect the package and never change the shipment address so i asked her if she could changed which she did. Two days later, I received notification that my package was delivered to the wrong address even though i made all attemps to correct that something that valued over $4000 did not get lost but bestbuy did not go their jobs. I filed dispute with bestbuy credit card since I used their credit card to make the purchase. They sent me a report stating that i am responsible for paying because they have proof of delivery with signature. I told them that was not me. I look at the signature and somebody falsify the signature and receive the package. Fedex refuse to provide a picture of delivery and bestbuy refuse to reimburse me even though i did everything to stop this to happens in advance. I kept calling them and fedex and nobody want to take responsibility to pay me or find the package. Please do not purchase nothing online feom bestbuy because they will not take accountability to pay you your money when the package is shipped to the wrong address. Vigilance out there please. This high value package get stolen buy I am still fighting for my money. Finally the last customer service that i spoke to told me to file local police report for lost. How would i do that when i don't live in the address that the package was delivered to??? make me make sense there.

Note for my work load, I need to do contract work using WD and prepare files to PDF the computer was far to complicated and files and photos need to be in one file for easy completion of file completion.

I am very excited to have received my new laptop. I can’t assess the product yet, but I can assess my experience. What started out as a difficult delivery challenge that carried over several weeks was resolved by Adam Wilford who stepped in to assist and turned it into an excellent experience.

I've been using Macs for over 15 years, and none of them come close to this machine. It's beautiful and doesn't hesitate or have to 'think'. An expensive purchase that is worth the investment.

This Laptop is just a beast. I just switched back to Mac from Windows and I will say the laptop is worth the money
