Average Overpriced

I have used Macs and iPhones for years and am an average user - no demanding gaming, developer or video editing. I bought this for the screen size. That said, after I set it up, it wouldn’t recognize my user password? I contacted Apple and after over one hour chatting and on the phone, they told me it was a hardware issue and sent me a box to ship it to them and no time estimate to repair it. I returned it to BB for an exchange and over a week later I haven’t received the exchange and no estimated delivery date. I don’t recommend having this shipped and if you don ‘t have an Apple Store where you live.
