It was extremely important for me to pick it up immediately after payment. After waiting my turn at the register, the girl said that this model was out of stock at their store, but said it was available at another store in their same chain of stores in another neighborhood. I agreed and she started filling out my information and told me to pay $2199. Before paying, I asked her twice if I would definitely pick up this laptop today, she assured me that I would definitely pick up this laptop, but I need to pay immediately. I paid and went to the store where it is available, they told me that this laptop they also do not have, and when it will be they have no idea, they said to expect notification by e-mail. The result of this story: my money was written off, the laptop is gone, I don't have a gift, I don't have a gift either, my mood is ruined and I am very unpleasant! I could have gone to a completely different store and bought for the same money right away, but I didn't have the money anymore. I will not go to this store next time. I still haven't received it.
