    Product works as advertised, but AppleCare did not auto-apply from the My Best Buy Total membership… hence the 4 stars, but purchasing experience was acceptable. Unfortunately the device is ineligible for AppleCare at the moment as Best Buy did not ensure the device had AppleCare activated…

    We purchased an Apple MacBook Pro 16” to replace our ten year old 16” Apple Laptop which carried the load of high school and college. Looking at our history of memory etc we decided a 24GB memory 512 GB SSD met our needs. Apple has been a great choice for us over the years and we feel confident in our purchase. Our daughter was moving to Europe and we wanted to send her off with a product our family felt confident in. The data transfer to the new computer went smoothly. Thank you Geek Squad!
