Bigger screen upgrade from my MacBook Pro 13 to this one faster

I love Mac computers way more than windows. My last Mac Book Pro lasted for 10 years and is still in pretty good condition. Apple computers do not get viruses like Windows do. Once you are familiar with an Apple computer, they are pretty easy to navigate. I've had this new one for 3 weeks now and it runs smoothly. Much like my former one but updated.

I will say that I did start off by very upset with the process and for what I was being told. I was connected with the front office manager in which I have managed to forget his name. He was amazing he turned everything around for me. He even an extra step in canceling the incorrect email that was provided for my rewards with Best Buy’s. He was very polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was allowing me to see the confusion because I had two different emails and the system. One of them was just missing one letter. With all of that being said, I do appreciate his knowledge this Customer Service. He did go out of his way and I’m grateful for that. He made me very happy once I left that store so I do want to thank you for all that you did. I do believe his name starts with the letter J. I know that he’s one of the store manager’s. I really wish I could know his name, but he was amazing so please look at my receipt and it was the last transaction. Please give him credit as he so deserves it. He was amazing.

Best decision ever! The larger 16-inch size has been a great improvement from my previous Mac.

Extremely well made. From OS quality to battery life, the sound system to the functionality, this laptop is top tier.

Way more than I needed right now, but here's my reasoning: One, the speakers on the "Pro" models are so much better than on the standard MacBooks! Two, the bigger screen is wonderful. Three, battery life is amazing. Finally, my 2018 MacBook Pro served me well for almost 8 years -- AND I got $300 for the trade-in. So if this baby is powerful enough to get me through 8 more years of technology innovation, it will be a good investment.

Apple rarely disappoints. this is no exception. I have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the ease of transfer of data and setup of the laptop. Migration is not difficult and performance is outstanding. Pick up from Best Buy was much easier than Apple store.

Even a year later this laptop has never let me down. Whether its running virtual machines for my school work or having great battery life so I don't have to worry about finding a wall outlet to charge up, its been my work horse for making things happen. The only regret I have with buying this computer is not going for the extra internal storage, 512 gb is just not enough and I've had to splurge to get a fast external drive.

Excellent choice. Exactly what I was looking for to meet my needs today and in tge future. I highly recommend. The Best Buy associate was very helpful in my decision answering all my questions and taking time to quantify my needs.

Purchased my first MacBook last month. I am kinda worried if I can learn and be productive in my projects using a Macbook since I've been using windows all my life. The sales associate made me comfortable and explained as many details as possible. Luckily there are built in learning features in the Macbook which until now I'm going thru to learn, also there are free apple classes that I have attended which teached newbie MacBook users like me. I like the retina display of the base model, the details of the images are crisp. With the 16 inch model, it was comfortable for me navigating the keys but I am still adjusting with learning the touchpad. Its an ongoing learning process with my busy schedule exploring my new Macbook but I am happy as of now.

Excellent MacBook Pro! The screen is awesome, great sound and super fast and stays charged for days! It’s really incredible, one word of caution is that I paired it with the new Thunderbolt 5 Razer dock and had a lot of connectivity issues. Maybe with updates it will be better. I plugged everything into the MacBook and no issues.

Slim designed laptop. Quiet with long battery life.

After almost 10 years of leaving Apple OS for Chrome, I am happy to be back in Apple's ecosystem. The software is every bit as great as I remember it. Affinity runs significantly better (I utilize layer batch processing) than the 2012 MBPR that I last used. As a parent of two homeschoolers, I have found this to be significantly more reliable than chrome for teaching my kids as well. Chrome browser runs great and I've had zero issues accessing and working on the files that I intend to keep in the DRIVE for universal access. If you need a portable, efficient workhorse than this is IT.

Great product, very slick and much faster. Graphic is great as well.

This is my first Macbook and is totally worth it. Battery seems to last for at least the entire work day.
