I have had this for around a month now. I made the switch due to windows obsoleting updates on my desktop. I have other Apple products the ability to switch between them seamlessly is a huge plus. This laptop is a bit on the heavier side but not enough to be cumbersome. I was torn between this one and the air went with this one b/c I got it on sell for not much more than what the air would be regular price. Wish I would have made the switch sooner. It’s just a cleaner set up for me.

Great computer with everything I need to accomplish my tasks

Excellent laptop. Runs Lightroom, photoshop, and my video editing software flawlessly. Fans hardly ever kick in and battery life is phenomenal.

Bigger screen upgrade from my MacBook Pro 13 to this one faster

I just bought this after using a competitor’s OS for 30 years… and it’s excellent. It has a good screen. It stays cool even when I have a demanding workload. It is very fast. I have no complaints.

Incredible computer able to run multiple demanding applications at once while maintaining high levels of performance and consistent battery life.

A month in and all i had to get was a cover for the computer and keyboard due to me having a dog that sheds... i recommend 100 percent to anyone looking for a good laptop to edit and upload video to youtube its a breeze...

I had a 2015 MacBook Pro and was extremely satisfied with it so I decided to upgrade to a new on. It’s highly reliable and fast. Definitely recommend this product.

Excellent device that does not slow down, some UI features could be straightforward but are severely lagging (OS wise still lags behind Windows on some basic common sense things). Hardware wise this is a killer device. 16" kind of feels like a big screen, and you don't miss your monitors that much. The only downside to the size is having to be cautious about the backpacks that one uses for size limitations.

I purchased this model for music production. It overheats just like any other model apple produces. In contrast, I had a gaming system which had a liquid-cooling system and it would never overheat!

I will say that I did start off by very upset with the process and for what I was being told. I was connected with the front office manager in which I have managed to forget his name. He was amazing he turned everything around for me. He even an extra step in canceling the incorrect email that was provided for my rewards with Best Buy’s. He was very polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was allowing me to see the confusion because I had two different emails and the system. One of them was just missing one letter. With all of that being said, I do appreciate his knowledge this Customer Service. He did go out of his way and I’m grateful for that. He made me very happy once I left that store so I do want to thank you for all that you did. I do believe his name starts with the letter J. I know that he’s one of the store manager’s. I really wish I could know his name, but he was amazing so please look at my receipt and it was the last transaction. Please give him credit as he so deserves it. He was amazing.

Perfect computer. Major upgrade from my macbook air. Lots more space, RAM, and a larger screen, plus incredible battery life. Great for design applications!

I’ve worked on a MacBook for years and made the decision to purchase a new one. Not disappointed and excited to begin a new freelance career with the most important tool for the job!

This is my first Macbook and is totally worth it. Battery seems to last for at least the entire work day.
