Upgraded from a MacBook Pro 2017 i7 CPU. It is still a viable machine. The reason I upgraded is because the Pro Audio software I use required a faster CPU. How much faster can this M4 chip be? Wow!!! Incredibly fast plus now I can run my three monitors have plenty of power to run without heating up the CPU. Don’t know why I waited so long. So happy with my purchase!

I do graphic design, photography, and laser engraving. I needed a computer that could keep up with my creativity. This computer definitely has! Highly reccomend
