I recently bought this Mac from Best Buy and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The design is sleek and premium, and it runs incredibly fast. Everything from startup to multitasking feels smooth and responsive. It’s also very quiet and stays cool, which I really appreciate. Best Buy made the buying experience easy, and the Mac was ready to use right out of the box. I love my new laptop. I wasn’t planning to purchase a new one, I was taking my old pro to the Apple Store to get a new battery. The guy there said it was a waste of time and explained about the processor. So I went over to Best Buy where they gave me more for trade and it was on sale.

product seems to be working well, had to reinstall OS due to some minor glitching that’s likely just from the hard drive not being fully reformatted before reselling it. but the way my box arrived was :(( i know its ups as well but thought id make it known in case there’s anything that can be done about ensuring safe delivery. luckily the best buy refurb sticker around the macbook product box was still there and didn’t look peeled away and the mac itself looks beautiful

Honestly, the difference between this and my old 2015 MacBook Pro is night and day. I finally retired the old machine and I can’t believe how fast this new one is. I spend a lot of time in Photoshop and Illustrator, and the lag is completely gone, everything just flies. Definitely worth the upgrade!

Such an excellent computer, I use it for my Masters program. It has not giving me no problems at all. I absolutely love my computer. The battery charges fast and this computer doesn’t heat up while charging like others. Definitely worth the price and the hype about it!!!

I love Mac computers and I’m so excited that my dad who has never owned a computer has this computer for his first time. It’s a great size and it’s super slick looking.

I looked for the specific model because of the photography work that I do and I need the larger screen. I love the matte black finish too. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This is my 3rd MacBook Pro and so far it’s my favorite. I love the sleek look, sound and image. Also the battery lasts a really long time. My only complain would be that it’s a little heavy, but it’s bigger than my previous ones.

The computer is super fast, It’s a little bulky. I probably could have got away with the 14inch but the speed and responsive is next level. Perfect for editing, data analysis and reporting at work.

A solid and reliable computer that is well-designed, if pricey.

I think we love our purchase so far. The design is sleek but simple. I did not know the charger is different now given it is no longer USB-C, so I would recommend you bring your own USB-C charger to charge your phone and this Mac charger (I made a mistake thinking they would be using the same USB-C charger and ended up having no charger to charge the laptop when I traveled...) There was a minor issue with Pages loading and saving when I tried to copy and paste some paragraphs from a research paper into Pages (there rainbow circle kept showing up). That freaked me out because I thought this Super Machine should be able a simple copy and paste and I do not do any heavy video or music editing and I do not open many applications at the same time either. I ended up calling apple support and they remoted into my PC and fixed the issue. They said they must be something wrong with the new OS Updates. Who knows? I am happy with the purchase so far and I hope NOT to see the little rainbow circle showing up again when I do very very simple and basic tasks.

I bought this fantastic product in a great deal and during black Friday sales I also did the price match. The sales executive was very helpful and also the customer service helped to do the price match within few minutes without any question. Thanks to best buy! I would definitely recommend everyone to buy from best buy.

Very powerful computer used for my graduate studies in data analytics and data science. I definitely would recommend if you have a heavy workload and need to perform multiple task using various programs.
