Doesn't work as well as I had hoped. A number of small but annoying glitches. Constant message: "Some iCloud data isn't syncing", Talked to Apple for 30 minutes. They couldn't fix it. Disappointed in the product.

My daughter loves this Mac. She said it is so easy friendly.

Delivery was a dream. Very streamlined and product speaks for itself. I just wished I could have found a much better deal. Is it is still very expensive.

Audio not as good as I expected. Compared to even older 16” models. But overall , it is a very good laptop

I’m so upset let me tell you i tried to purchase this MacBook and had a descent open box price but i had one that the battery was bad and that was a better price. After around 6 hours trying to get this problem fixed i ordered this one and it said it would be delivered on march 5 well i wait all day for it to come and it needed a signature so i had to wait. Guess what never showed up. So then they send it to an ups store. Well thats the first real problem i never knew where and couldn’t get there in the open hours. I try to call Best Buy a rep says they’ll just send me a replacement so i wait 4 more days and then call where a supervisor tells me that she never put in request to replace and he will replace it. Well now i see my original order is sending back to Best Buy and it’s been almost 20 days since i original ordered it lied and said they’ll send replacement and nothing. They have my money and now saying they have to wait until the return gets back to them to get my money back when all i did was wait for a delivery thst never showed up. So wrong. I needed this laptop for school and its going on over 20 days no laptop and no way to buys another one because 2000 plus dollars is hard to come by and they still have my money. So wrong Best Buy. I’m so LIVID!!!!!!! Best Buy wont even take the time to make it right they’re customer service is a joke and thats why they lie to hard working customers. So wrong. Please stop buying from Best Buy and they’re lies and maybe they’ll do something about it.

It is a mac so there is not much more to say. It is a powerful computer with an amazing display. I had my last mac since 2013, and i was in desperate need of an upgrade since it stopped running unless it was plugged in to the adapter. The screen was also totally black so i was only able to use it when plugged into an external monitor. It made it impossible to do my work. I hope this one lasts just as long. I dont like to unpgrade my tech products too often, since i know many of these companies exploit people in poorer nations, like congo for example. On that note, because apple is likely playing a hand in genocide, i am unfortunately compelled to rate it with 1 star.

The Mac is the worst pc on the planet, I did not appreciate windows until I got one of these trainwrecks. With every option geared to make you spend more money with apple never do they give a thought about what a user might want. I hate this MacBook Pro M4 with a perfect hate unintuitive not a computer this is just a device to get you to buy more stuff from apple.

This was purchased in an exchange on a fraudulent credit card opened at Best Buy with my stolen identity that was reported to Best Buy the day before this was done. I’m not sure how they allowed this to happen.

Th3 first one had no operating system. It was said to be in excel condition. The replacement is externally blocked for a fresh installation

Two weeks later and I still don't have the power adapter and cable. I was told it would be delivered by Nov 29. Best buy cannot help.

My new MacBook has exceeded my expectations! It’s super fast, reliable, and perfect for multitasking between school, work, and entertainment. The Retina display is stunning—colors look vibrant and everything is crystal clear. I also love the long battery life and how lightweight it is, which makes it easy to take anywhere. Definitely one of the best investments I’ve made!

The MacBook cannot find start up disk. I tired all of the suggested fixes. I think the hard drive is corrupted. This brand new and never was able to use the laptop.
