Terrible customer service experience

Item not ready for pickup

I came to pick up my item and it was not available even though they had it in store. I had to cancel my order and purchase it directly in store.

Totally unreliable service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely unreliable I have made a plus membership and I want to replace it I went to another Best Buy and they told me I have to replace it in the original store so I make my 1 hour trip to this location and they make me an appointment in the other Best Buy they tell me I can do it there so I went there and no return no service I don't see any store messing around so much with the customers
