If you want to Price Match, don't bother. (Amazon) Purchased and immediately requested a price match via chat. No issues during chat, everything was fine. 354820816 Credit not applied and did a follow-up approaching 30 days. Was told wrong submission type was done by the original agent, but no worries, re-submitted you should be good. 356125641 E-Mail of denial same day, used BBY Policy of outside of 15 days to request price match. (Failed to see full case details of the clerical error originally) Did an immediate follow-up chat stating the issue of the false denial. 356137222 and since then the run around with over 10 additional case ID's

Great, but get the pro variant with higher ram/specs. Anyone considering this should use extra capital for higher tier as its not diminishing return but rather exponential in compute.

I ordered the laptop two weeks before christmas it got lost in the mail during delivery two three weeks of countless phone calls and argument with a customer service line India and an additional two weeks to finally get my laptop picked up at a local location

The overall experience purchasing this item was an unsatisfactory one. I came to pick up my item and it was not available even though they had it in store. I had to cancel my order and purchase it directly in store.

Its a macbook 16 and was a giod price for what it was i guess.

It's been two months, and the issue is still unresolved. The price has dropped by $300 plus tax, and I have been repeatedly promised a resolution without any progress. Can you please ensure that someone competent addresses this matter promptly?

Best Buy approved and then cancelled my purchase 3 times and gave a fake promise to get customer service to call me within 10 days. No call of course.
