    It's been two months, and the issue is still unresolved. The price has dropped by $300 plus tax, and I have been repeatedly promised a resolution without any progress. Can you please ensure that someone competent addresses this matter promptly?

    Best Buy approved and then cancelled my purchase 3 times and gave a fake promise to get customer service to call me within 10 days. No call of course.

    Extremely unreliable I have made a plus membership and I want to replace it I went to another Best Buy and they told me I have to replace it in the original store so I make my 1 hour trip to this location and they make me an appointment in the other Best Buy they tell me I can do it there so I went there and no return no service I don't see any store messing around so much with the customers
