Purchased a new laptop and found out it was pre-owned when trying to add Apple Care. Paid for a new laptop not open box. Support has not been helpful at all.

Not sure what the big deal is about, seems about as fast as my regular Macbook Pro.

I bought this specifically for producing music. Really didnt know what I was getting into. This thing has blown my mind! I have always been a windows guy and was always afraid of Apple not living up to my expectations. Now, I will never ever purchase another windows PC again! Im an official Apple Guy!!!!! PS, THIS THING IS VERY ADDICTIVE!!!!!

Primarily a Windows user, I decided to give the Macbook Pro a shot for audio and video editing. The M3 Max was probably overkill but it made sense for the small price bump over the spec'd out M3 Pro. PROS: +Build quality is fantastic, rigid aluminum chassis +Screen is bright and vibrant; Best MiniLED out there +Large haptic trackpad is great to use +Applications run fast and smooth +The speakers are the best I've heard on any laptop +Battery life is excellent +Runs cool and quiet; Fans only kick on in demanding tasks +The Space Black finish is attractive and resists fingerprints NEUTRAL: =Keyboard could have better key travel CONS: -Expensive, and upgrades add up quickly. Any laptop over $2,000 should at least have 1 TB of storage. -Side vent slots are a bit sharp when picking up the laptop Overall, I'd have to say this is one of the best laptops around. Windows is still a bit more user friendly, but MacOS is clean and polished. If you can get by with 512 GB, the M3 Pro will probably be good enough. The M1 Max and M2 Max models offer quite good performance for less if you can find a good deal. Considerations aside, this was a great choice.

Incredible value for the price I'm upgrading for a M1 max studio for portability and power upgrade. This laptop is future proof with this amount of power.and amazing machine and a true joy to use.

First time using a MacBook and I have to say its a gem to use. So much smoother than Windows. It just works. The battery life is insane.

The next generation of tech! Fast, a workhorse beast and beautiful. I saved for this am not disappointed!

I highly recommend this computer. It works like a dream.

Its a fantastic lapotop all the way around. The only downside that ive encountered thus far is it’s limited gaming potential however thats okay and this laptop is not tatgeted for that. With this said it still performed great on the games it could run that be it native or via crossover. Would recommend.

This is a beast of a computer. However they say it shouldn't show fingerprints which it does.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price! It was actually lower than most other retailers around. So glad to do business with Best Buy.
