    I like my MacBook. I got the only one they had. Great customer service, they even helped me set up Microsoft 360. My complaints are 1) I had no clue that the MacBook was not compatible with most apps 2) Even the apps that do work, you can tell they are still working through kinks. I get very confused sometimes because I don't know if there is an internet problem, or if it's that my MacBook isn't technically compatible, 3) The mouse pad is so large that your palms touch it while typing. It causes the curser to move down the page, and then you start typing in the wrong spot and often don't realize it right away. I think in years to come, there will be a lot of improvements made.

    Bought open box and came in as condition said. It was almost as if it was Brand New. Nothing wrong with it and still using the laptop til this day

    Awesome machine but too heavy compared to the MacBook Air with not much more capability for your average user. I returned it for the 15" MacBook Air.

    Excellent laptop! Just right for my daughter's major at college. She needed a powerful, high resolution, responsive MacBook, and this one is ideal for visual communications/commercial photography. Easy to use and integrates well with other Apple devices that she owns. Highly recommend.

    Laptop is a bit heavy. Wouldnot recommend if you are buying for regular day to day use or if you are buying it for simple tasks like streaming movies.
