Happy, few issues...

Great customer service, they even helped me set up Microsoft 360. My complaints are 1) I had no clue that the MacBook was not compatible with most apps 2) Even the apps that do work, you can tell they are still working through kinks. I get very confused sometimes because I don't know if there is an internet problem, or if it's that my MacBook isn't technically compatible, 3) The mouse pad is so large that your palms touch it while typing. It causes the curser to move down the page, and then you start typing in the wrong spot and often don't realize it right away. I think in years to come, there will be a lot of improvements made.

It was still working fine but I just felt like it was time foe an update... and I was right as I have no regrets

Made the switch

I would prob stick with PC for gaming, but outside of that its been the perfect laptop!

She needed a powerful, high resolution, responsive MacBook, and this one is ideal for visual communications/commercial photography. Easy to use and integrates well with other Apple devices that she owns. Highly recommend.
