There is a learning curve associated with this Mac Pro.

Excellent MacBook but realize it does not come with Microsoft word/excel package.

The product is satisfactory and conditions is like new

Only complaint, is that my unit came with no mag-safe charger.

So far this is one of the best computers we have purchased. However, when picking up the item from the store, they had pulled the wrong one from the shelf. Make sure you check before checking out.

Don’t trust Reno Best Buy to help with any support! They gave us the run around to fix a broken screen on my computer. Apple care covered, total membership paid and still refused to help! Buy your products from somewhere else!!!!

The battery doesn’t power completely. I will be returning for another one

They charged me the wrong price for this Mac book I received the wrong one and still got charged the same price for the 13

This thing acts up every now and then, im not sure if its apple or if its best buy...but it does act up every now and then

It is OK, quite bulky and heavy. the configuration is low.

I was charged for a product that was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, the company is asking me to check with local law enforcement—essentially washing their hands of the situation and pushing the burden onto me and others. It has been over three months with no resolution, making this situation feel like a scam.

the box had markers but did not affect the item itself.

Terrible apple support. 2 hours on the phones and chat and no resolution. Avoid buying this. They can't figure out why there is an unkown error.

Too over priced for an laptop , to be honest I would’ve return this for an used one

Went in person to purchase laptop during Black Friday sale. Long story short, item was sold out in store, sales associate helped me place order in-person. Received torn up package with missing device, only received manual and charger. Very disappointed. Recommended purchasing these kind of devices in store. Now waiting on refund.

Missing charger on open box excellent condition item. Where charger and all the accessories should have been included.

Horrible customer experience with online pickup. The order was kept "on hold for security review". I had to call and escalate this for several days, until one day I threatened to post this all on social media, and miraculously order was ready for pickup. Like I said before, I'd eat glass before order again.

I love this computer, the battery lasts long and it doesn't get hot like me old computer when I run intensive applications on it. It's fast and smooth, and I absolutely love the OS. The display is beautiful and elegant.
