First time owner of a Mac Book Pro. I love it! I come from using a windows base computer all my life. This computer is fast and after watching a couple video's on how to set it up and navigate, these computers are easy. The battery life is mind blowing, I can use it every night for 2-3 hours and can usually get a full weeks of time on it, without charging it back up. I only added a few programs to this computer for photography and editing. Each program are huge, but this computer doesn't even blink at them and runs them quickly. I'm so impressed with the Mac Book, I have thought about selling my Windows base desktop that is not even 6 months old and being all apple products.

This is one of the best MacBooks I’ve ever owned the space black is sleek. The performance of the new chip and 18 gb or memory is very efficient for photo editing.it is a bit heavier than my last Mack book which was the 2019 MacBook Pro. However this one does have a hdmi port built in and a card reader. Also the screen resolution is incredible.

Outstanding machine, performance is unreal, not as light or thin as the Air but the value you receive for the price is unparalleled. Battery life, screen resolution, apple silicone, and the Pro chip actually make the Air overpriced.

Definitely worth if you need a bigger screen for the productivity and the huge screen is a bonus. This battery lives at least a day or more.

This MacBook Pro is fantastic! I have needed a new Mac for a while. The screen is super sharp! Everything is fast and smooth! I ended up buyin a Magic Mouse and Magic Keyboard to go with it. I would definitely recommend this M3 MacBook Pro!

Product is great--but they use deceptive sales wording on buying additional coverage. I was told by the salesperson I was getting "2 year” Apple Care and Total Membership for $179. It is not. (“Up to two years” as stated on actual written form,) It is a yearly paid membership. When you buy is as I did with an open box MacBook Pro, I was told it was "two years" of coverage. This is not correct. In fact, it is a lie. When you buy this membership they say you are covered for two years. You are not, unless you pay again when the first year is up. The BB manager I explained this to kept saying it was two yrs of coverage. I kept saying it is not--unless I pay for it again after the first year. So you buy one year of coverage not two. She kept going over the benefits of things I might buy. I told her, let's not worry about what I might buy, but what I already bought and was told I had 2 yrs of coverage. She kept saying I do. I finally got her to admit that you are not buying 2 yrs, but 1 yr of coverage, marketed as 2 yrs. She apologized for the confusion. I was polite but told her it was not confusing--it was flat out deceptive. She had nothing to say. Prior to this I had the same conversation with BB support in India or someplace, who had the same line as the manager and salesperson. Meaning they know full well what they are doing, but their legal wording lets them off the hook. I have bought many things there over the years, but I refuse to do business with a company that clearly intends to deceive it’s customers.

It at excellent laptop work great and the battery lasts a long time

I had an older version of the MacBook Pro and was happy with it but felt it was time to upgrade to a newer one with more options and a bigger screen. I’m so happy I did. I will never have another product other than an Apple and I’ve been Extremely satisfied with my MacBook Pro.

I love it the way it looks, I’m sure I don’t need all this power but it’s still great to use casually. The internal speakers are surprisingly good. The space black color is welcomed. It does have some weight to it, I invested into a plastic cover from amazon and decals from Dbrand for more protection.

Excellent macbook. Lightning fast and gets the job done.

I’m a designer and for me, memory and efficiency is a MUST and this laptop does it!! When I went to Best Buy to pick it up, I was also told that this laptop was a BEAST! thank you Best Buy team for my new and improved macbook!!

Loving my new MacBook so far. The learning curve has been a breeze. The clarity and speed of the computer is everything I was looking for. Love the large screen of the 16”.

This is my third Mac and bought for my father in law in his 90’s - setting up a new computer is a pain but it works as expected and meets my expectations - it is very fast - he likes the big screen and the Mac OS features that make it easier to use especially the large text. The Best Buy staff were polite and competent - I would buy again

First time user of a MacBook and decided to go with the MacBook Pro with the 18 GB and 1 TB that was on special during Christmas. It works great with no issues with performance. I decided to use MacBook to start recording videos and music and it has been performing just as the reviews I saw online about the MacBook Pro.

This is my first Macbook pro since 2013 and I have to say i am very impressed. The speed, the screen, the keyboard, the design. Everything this laptop does has blown me away so far and I cant wait to keep exploring it and discovering what else this beast of a computer can do

My MacBookPro operates flawlessly and the updated software is a learning curve but effective in linking other smart devices and playing media without dropouts. The size of display is just right for me and the sound system performs better than expected.

Finally a Macbook pro which brings back all the necessary things Mac has let go. No more annoying touch bar, magsafe is back, and a number of ports built in so you don't have to buy extra. Power, ease, speed. Love this thing.

I love the power behind this! It’s perfect for all uses. I love the large screen because I can have multiple windows open at a time and I can still see everything. It’s a perfect design.
