    Excellent computer, but the store never provided me with a receipt so I lost the $150.00 +/- I paid for word and excel.

    After 6 months, screen developed internal crack in right bottom corner. Screen had colored lines, then went black. Apple claims user damage, which did not happen. Laptop wasn't moved or touched. Apparently, now I learn there was a class action lawsuit filed against Apple in 2021 for the hundreds, if not thousands, of users with exact same situation. Apple still denies and even deleted customer comments on Apple support pages. Customers are paying around $1000 for repair and not being covered by warranty. And they are still selling them without correcting the issue. My 2012 Macbook still works fine, just can't update. Shame on Apple.

    Great fast laptop! Experience the incredible speed of this laptop! Please note that it does not support multiple external monitors with Port Replicator.

    I had a Macbook pro and upgraded to their latest but brought it back because of issues i wasnt having with the previous one.Anyway,i'm back with Windows and love my MSI 18 inch Stealth AI laptop.

    Product broke 10 days after purchase. Best Buy has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Total run around and waste of time. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Will never buy from Best Buy again.

    Even though I did my research on the engraving software needing to be downloaded, once applied it did not work and was not compatible.

    I stopped into Best Buy back in November 2023 after I saw the Apple Keynote on the new M3 MacBook Pros that had just been released. The M3 Mac I bought was this M3 Pro 16 inch MacBook Pro, and it is a phenomenal machine!! I upgraded from an Intel based 15 inch 2019 MacBook Pro Core i9.

    Incredible product, sound quality is fantastic and display is crystal clear. It is not the lightest device but considering it's power, it doesn't weight nearly as much as you'd assume
