DEFECTIVE SCREENS

Screen had colored lines, then went black. Apple claims user damage, which did not happen. Laptop wasn't moved or touched. Apparently, now I learn there was a class action lawsuit filed against Apple in 2021 for the hundreds, if not thousands, of users with exact same situation. Apple still denies and even deleted customer comments on Apple support pages. Customers are paying around $1000 for repair and not being covered by warranty. And they are still selling them without correcting the issue. My 2012 Macbook still works fine, just can't update. Shame on Apple.
