Excellent computer with great display, battery life and reliability.

I am new to Mac and this was a great laptop to get started with.

This is our second macbook. We purchased them for our girls going off to college. They will never buy anything but their MacBooks . Excellent product and great customer service from best buy and Apple.

The Apple MacBook Pro works fine. It will be used by my son for his graphic art studies. My other son wants his own so he can compose music with it.

I have owned many Apple products before and have always enjoyed them. This was an item I was wanting for some time and finally had the money to get one. And this model did not disappoint me. Everything works flawlessly and looks beautiful while doing so. Only recommendation I would make is get a model with higher RAM. It does freeze a little from time to time, but that is probably because I overload it too. I know I need to upgrade my RAM. Otherwise a wonderful machine.

Overall, it is a great computer with plenty or memory, speed and is very user friendly! I highly recommend this product.

The purchase was in December and the clerk had a hard time remembering to put it on our Best Buy points it took him three times, we love the lap top it works easy and never has caused us any trouble.

i bought this new macbook pro to replace a 2009 model (which was still working perfectly) that i gave to a family member. i used to travel for a living, and honestly my old macbook pro handled it better than i did. i owned 2 pc laptops in the past, and they were both cheap plastic junk. Neither of them lasted 2 years. When it was time to buy a new laptop, i knew for sure that i needed another macbook pro. You will not regret buying one of these.

Easy to setup, bought it for my daughter to do her school work.

If you love Macs go with the pro. If you can afford to buy the newer model, I would recommend it. I had circuit board problems with this one and had to have it sent off to Apple to be repaired.

I love my mac, been wanting one for a while, it is great and I love how it comes fully loaded with all the apps and you don't have to buy add ons.
