I love that this MAC is so user friendly. It is very portable and fits in my tote just fine. The screen has wonderful clarity and the sound is terrific. I find that this laptop is very common among college students. The keyboard is quiet and easy to maneuver. The technical support on this laptop is very helpful. I can take my laptop to a local Apple store when I have questions or concerns about the hardware or the software.

I'm so happy I got my apple computer at best buy. The computer has a lot of memory to store all my documents and music. The graphics are clear and the cd rom is perfect for watching DVDs.

Apple has another home run with the Macbook Air. Incredibly fast, effecient and user friendly. An invaluable tool.

My daughter bought this with her graduation money to use for college. Since she was going to be a college student BestBuy offers $100 off which is great! They will also price match. If their price goes down within a couple of weeks, you can bring your receipt in and get back the difference which was nice. All in all we had a good expierence with BestBuy. She loves this laptop, it's light weight and the picture is beautiful.

I do all my purchases online. As a former Salaired Manager for Best Buy my service expectations were met and exceeded. Awesome job and the Mac was as advertised...not a mark on it.

This was my retirement gift to me.....and probably one of my very best purchases ever. I am really enjoying my macbook pro. At 13" perfect for travel. I like the fact that updates made on my iPhone (notes / calendar) update immediately to the macbook. I have only had it a month, and everyday I am exploring and learning more. Facetime with the grandchildren is awesome.

I'm a 20+ year Windows user and this is my first Apple computer. So far I'm very happy. The macbook was easy to set up & use and does everything that I need. The transition from Windows has been easier than expected with only minor issues learning OSx. I'm not a gamer or photographer, so I chose standard display to save $ vs. retina display. The standard display is fine for everyday use. I chose Pro vs. Air due to larger standard hard drive and somewhat better serviceability. Best of all the Apple works trouble free and I don't expect rapid performance degradation over time as I have experienced with numerous Windows products.

always wanted a Mac Pro but thought to expensive, Best Buy deals made it possible and I am happy with my purchase just love it and I was able to set it up with out help. Great investment
