There isn't much that needs to be said for the performance of MacBooks. You pretty much know what your getting out of the box. I really recommend this model because I feel like you get the most bang for your buck. Much better performance than comparably priced MacBook Air models. Not really worth paying the price difference to step up to the retina display models.

By far the best price I could find on the internet (and in stores), crazy fast delivery, packaged safely and of course, it works flawlessly. Seriously can't ask for much more than that!

I needed a mac to use as I take swift coding classes. I need one that had a good size hard drive and a CD drive. This MacPro gave me all I needed. I like Mac because they just work.

I bought this computer to replace a PC that only lasted a year, and I was just so fed up with PCs that I decided to switch to Mac. At first the change was confusing and I still dont know how to do a lot on here besides the basics, but its an amazing piece of equipment. Everything is fast, quiet, and the screen resolution is super clear. So far I have no complaints, other than the price of the computer itself, but I hope it turns out to be worth the money.

I haven't used my computer very much but so far I like it.

I luv my Mac (computer luv), but was initially put off by the slow and impossible downloads and programs opening when I turned my pc on. I finally had to download software at a place with free wifi, but I still don't know why programs were opening automatically when I turned my pc on. If anyone knows please share the knowledge. Thanks

Great product will always reccomend any apple product

This is my second computer, my first meet an untimely demise due to user error. I spilled a drink on the laptop. Since I ruined the first one which I am sure would have lasted me a long time, I needed a new one because I loved the last one. The service at best buy was top notch, through my emotional distress of replacing such an expensive computer, they help me attain a new one that I could have gotten a new one anywhere, the helped ease the transition.

The screen on this computer is absolutely unbelievable. I can see so clearly, and it doesn't give me a headache like some screens do.

I really needed a laptop that still had an optical drive for DVDs and I wanted to stick with Mac. This one is light, the screen's really sharp. I really like the light-up keyboard. It feels slightly smaller than my old keyboard, but it's easy to type on and that's all I need. Using the trackpad is really intuitive, I rarely use my mouse anymore. It was incredibly to easy to pick it up the store, took about five minutes.

I love my Mac! If you are looking for a new computer this is the one you need! I had a PC and I hated it. It messed up constantly and now that I have a Mac it doesn't mess up at all!
