Only bad part is that the laptop is a little heavy sometimes, but it's beautiful and clean looking. Very fast processing system. Would recommend. I'm never going back to a PC!

This is the Macbook Pro that DOES NOT have a CD/DVD drive. It is fast and reliable.

The only thing missing from this Macbook is a Solid State Drive. It is a little slower wit the original 500GB 5400 rpm drive. I upgraded mine with 240GB SSD and it flys.

I have been a PC user all my computer life. Resisting learning something new, I stayed with my PC. One day I came home and looked at all the ugly wires running down the wall in my study and said, This is it. So, I went to Best Buy and purchased my MacBook Pro laptop. I can't say enough about the ease of using this product. I love that it will "find" any printer I hook it to. Nothing to do, it just does it. On and on, I just love my Mac.

I always loved apple products that's why I decided to buy the Mac.

I will be buying the Apple computer real soon. I just recently bought my first Mac pro from best buy very satisfied and happy

I have had this MacBook Pro about 4 years. I used for work in, mostly, Boot Camp for Windows mode. This means it was really working. (I had to use this mode because I had just purchased the laptop but a new work program only worked in Windows.) I replaced the hard drive, which died, with a Solid State Drive. I do not use it for work anymore, but it keeps going for more recreational uses.

I love my new MacBook. I originally bought an older model and decided to get the newest one. Customer service allowed me to return the older version with no problems.

I bought this Mac to replace a 13" white Macbook that I had been using for 4.5 years or so. It was time for a new computer anyway, but I needed this one because I had finally dropped the old one and it had stopped working. I decided not to pour more money into it, since it was truly time for an upgrade anyhow. Prior to the white Macbook, I had been a PC user throughout most of college. I really didn't even think about going back to a PC, with this purchase. My only question was which Mac to buy. I also considered the Macbook Air, but ultimately decided that I wasn't ready to let go of the built-in CD drive concept just yet. So far, I truly have no complaints with the new computer. I am very pleased, and I especially love the backlit keyboard (something I didn't have before), along with the upgraded, "click anywhere" style mouse. I feel that the metal body will hold up slightly better than my old white Mac did, and the black keyboard hopefully won't get dirty as easily. As far as operating system goes, all I can truly say is that Apple made me a believer in their way of doing things a long time ago. Now I just need to convert my husband. If you're hesitating the make this purchase, don't. It's worth every penny.

I am amazed by the speed of this machine. It works super fast . It is light weight and I have no issue so far. I will recommend this to everyone. Great buy.

Purchased for my Grandchild. Great size, performance and display. Easy to use right out of the box.

Streamlining and syncing devices (iPhone and iPad) makes this laptop ideal for me. I've been a fan of Apple for a long time, so naturally I think the Macbook is great. Apple does a great job making it's products work seamlessly together. Outside of the Apple family benefits, this little computer has it all, with a super fast processor, letting me open and use several of the Adobe suite apps simultaneously without slowing for choking.

Like it so far n better than windows laptop.......

Bought this for myself for Christmas and I've been pretty happy so far. No issues. It is my first Mac computer so I'm still getting used to it but so far it's great.

Used a HP laptop for my first two years of college. Started having problems all the time, and of course it had to basically break altogether right during finals. I refused to give another HP computer a chance and decided to give Apple a shot. Was on sale for $150 off plus got an additional $100 student discount so altogether not too horrible of a price. Only been using it for a month, but really love it, absolutely no complaints.

Purchased this for my 16 year old daughter. She set it up herself and required no assistance from me. That to me speaks volumes as this was her first apple computer.
