I had a wonderful time shopping at this store there nice and really passionate about there job.

Two years later and my second try at a Windows 8 Laptop,returned it... it still has problems. I have an Iphone and Ipad so decided to go back to the MAC computer. My last MAC was 1993. It did not disappoint me. The MACBOOK is well made and works great. I plan to replace the 500GB drive with a SSD after Christmas. The memory is better allocated on the MAC so the 4GB is fine. I do plan to upgrade the memory to 8GB. I have already ripped DVD's power if sufficient. Keyboard is backlite for ease of use. I have installed MS Office 365 from subscription. I installed Norton antivirus. I have installed several network apps as I work on installing wireless networks /AP and like to tune the network for best operations. OVDERALL... great machine. BestBuy had it on sale at time of purchase.

I have always purchased HP and they last 1-2 years max. Finally purchased an Apple and its great !!!

This was a gift for my son..he loves it! He is into photography, and the editing features are great.

I purchased this computer as an Open Box Items and was just like new. My son loved it for Christmas.

I'm happy with it. I bought it to replace a 10 year old MacBook & it is doing the job with upgraded performance & better battery life

I bought this as I was fed up with using a Windows based computer which took an age to start up, unless you got it cleaned professionally. The MacBook Pro starts up in 30 seconds and is very user friendly once you get used to their system (Safari, etc) if you like Apple products this is a must buy.

Bought this Mac for my dad in Father's Day, he is beyond happy with it. Haven't had an issue yet.

People, get you technology right, MACs are better get one and you will tell me the differences

It was a hard decision to transtion to a Mac. But I did and love it. I will never go back to a PC.

I own many apple product but this is my first laptop computer from them. They might be a bit pricy but it is definetly worth the price. The computer boots up fast and I never have any trouble with viruses when I use the internet. The firewall and safety features are the best feature to me!

I've always wanted a Mac and this is my first one. It was very easy to set up and it is very convenient being that I have multiple Apple devices. It's the perfect size to carry on a plane or in a backpack. I highly suggest purchasing a laptop cover to protect it from bumps and scratches.

At one time I was adamant about not going to Apple. A year later, every electronic I have is Apple.

I've always wanted a laptop but didn't want to spend the $$ for an Apple. Waited for the sale and am not disappointed. I'm confident in the software installed and suggested updates. I'm able to navigate without too much of a learning curve. Can' wait for find out all the stuff I can do with it.

I purchase mac book pro 13.3" at richmond ave (near galleria) bestbuy store. All staff are welcoming and store itself is well stock. I rate this store 5 star before I rate my computer. I bought it for my finance as she is going back to school... she found it an ideal machine happy with it.
