I have never wanted to spend the extra money to purchase a Mac. After all the frustrations with Windows I decided it was time. And best move ever. I have never looked back. It was an adjustment period learning the new way around. But now that I have figured things out I will never leave the Mac world love this little baby

The MacBook Pro is the best laptop on the market in my opinion. It is fast and so easy to use, it is worth the extra money.

I have always been a fan of Macs. I have an older iMac (desktop) which was only 2 GB, so having the 4 GB in this laptop makes a big difference! It's so fast! I wanted the second computer mainly for portability, but it's turned into my main computer. PC's are cheaper and you get a lot, but I've never been happy with them like I am with a Mac.

My 8 year old Mac finally died, so I got this as a replacement. I love this computer. It is lighter and does not get hot.

While I'm not new the MacBook Pro, I am always taken aback by the way Apple's products always seem to continue to be better than the first time! Bought this as a replacement for a malfunctioning MacBook Pro and this one picked up right after where the other one left off. Incredible machine and works amazingly!!

This is my first Mac but so far I am enjoying it. I still have some things to learn but overall it is not do different than my old Toshiba as far as ease of use. I'm hoping it last longer than my old laptop. Worth the extra money if it lasts!

After years of being a PC user, I decided to give Apple a try. The casual computer user that I am means I researched extensively for months and watched the price drop through Back to School sales until New Year's Eve and still I debated on the purchase of a MacBook. I was told to wait because of the price and the memory is not as high as a PC to house iTunes library and movies but I finally took the plunge and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. The last time I bought a laptop was in 2007 and it was a Dell, almost wieghing as much as a baby, so I felt I deserved to have a great product, (I also used the student discount of $50). If you have an iPhone or other Apple devices the features are great because everything is transferable and seamless and a big plus for me is the 500gb of memory, which has been plenty for what I need (15 movies, about 3,000 songs, 426 photos and 30 camera phone videos so far!). I chose the Pro because it is my main form of technology for my house and I enjoy the CD/DVD feature, as well as the USB and Ethernet ports. I would have gone with the Air but I felt that I needed the Ethernet port just on the off chance my internet provider connection wavered, as it has in the past. I ordered online and was surprised that it delivered quickly with UPS, approximately 3 days after I placed the order.

If you are wanting a computer that is easy to use, and maintain, then Apple's MacPro Book is YOUR computer. I always tell people to move to MacPro for their computer needs. I bought this one for my family because I got tired of hearing them complain about their PC being a piece of junk...well this computer met ALL their needs and surpassed their expectations. Yes, I saved the DAY!!!

the laptop is beyond outstanding. it runs super fast, has no problems, easy to use, and i use it everyday no problem.

This computer is a power house! Although I feel it's a bit heavier than many many computers, it's still a good machine to have. It's got plenty ports, and still is the ONLY MacBook left for sale that still has a CD / DVD rom drive! It's not that important "now" with all the digital delivery methods for content, but I guess you can call me old fashioned. It looks and FEELS solid. It doesn't feel cheap - and it's pretty speedy. Although w/ the new Yosemite OS upgrade, it's slowed it down a bit, it's a great machine over all. It's simple to use, and with its drop in price - how could you say no? Battery life compared to my MacBook Air isn't as good - but it's got an excuse. With a beefy processor and extra parts to power (CD Rom Drive) - it's pretty darn good still and outlasts my last notebook pc. If you want a good machine - this one deserves a look.

My son kept telling me "Dad you need to buy an Apple computer." "It's better than Windows." I read a lot of reviews as well. I still just didn't want to spend a whole lot of money for a computer. The salesman came over to help us as we looked at the Apple computers. He said you know these are on sale today for $899.00. The combination of price the reviews and of course my sons opinion. I made the purchase. It has not been hard to transition. I love it so far.

I had a little trepidation about becoming a Mac user, but am thrilled with my purchase of a Macbook Pro Notebook in January 2015. After consulting with a Best Buy representative I discovered that Mac computers rarely get viruses and I was very pleased that it was much more user-friendly than I thought. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase. It was worth the extra money.

This computer was really easy to figure out how to use and performs better than any computer I have ever owned!
