Have always been green with envy over Macs but never could afford one at home. Our PC generally gets the job done, but not without some frustration and anxiety. Macs on the other hand, are inspiring, effortless to use and just plain fun. Love them - wish they didn't cost so much!

Bought this computer for my daughter to upgrade for the Mac laptop she had from four years ago that still works perfectly (just gave that one to her dad) but wanted the faster model for her to use in school. It is perfect, will not buy anything other than Apple products.

The laptop was easy to set and easy to learn how to use. I'm new to MAC laptops. Great interface with iPhone and iPad. The downgrade in grading is due to the difficult time I had i. Purchasing the product from Best Buys. The refusal to grant 18 month financing despite my credit score over 800. Reason was they couldn't identify my identify even after going to the store in person to purchase this item on Black Friday, the only day of this sale. I almost did not buy it.

Best Buy makes it very easy and affordable to get the electronics my family loves!!

Great laptop. My first MacBook. Easy to set up but I suggest having someone from Apple or Best Buy set up the anti-virus and explain word documents

The product itself is wonderful. The Geeks did not seem to set up my email accounts correctly at first. The Apple salesman had to solve the problem. It seems like my aol account was getting configured improperly with the icloud account. The Geeks Squad admittedly do not know or understand Apple products. They always say they are more familiar with Microsoft products. It doesn't help those of us who have Apple products and who purchase the service agreement. I like the ptoduct, but one of the GeeksSquad staff was exceptionally rude-- lost his temper-- was yelling at me.

Although I am using an Apple PC for the first time I did not experience any difficulties using my new PC My only regret is that It took me so long to switch from Windows base system to Apple This is a fast PC with great resolution and mostly with no bugs, no malware or adware

I am a pc fan and since early days using pcs. My daughter motivated me and bought this mac for me. First few days it took me a little to learn it. But now I love it, its fast, its quite and boots up much better. Safari is also fluid and charming. Thanks to my daughter.
