Bought it for my son for Christmas & he loves it. I would recommend this product

I use to be anti Apple for the longest. I thought I would try out a mac when they were on sale. Everytime I use it, the more I forget about windows pc. While macs are not for everyone, especially gamers, they are clean and efficient machines to do many activities.

I use this laptop as my work laptop. It works great with Microsoft Office. I love that I can instantly open it and start working. The way it connects all my apple devices is the best feature.

A nice upgrade from my old MacBook. Has all the features of my old laptop plus more.

I finally decided to turn away from Windows based computing and shop for a Mac Book. A special pricing event helped me decide upon the MacBook Pro 13" with 500 GB HD. Glad I did. I love the integrated DVD/CD drive not offered in the new Retina display models with solid state hard drives offering lesser capacities. The screen resolution is just perfect for my needs. Built in Blue Tooth allows iTunes or other any other sound to be easily transmitted to my wireless music systems. I'm fully satisfied with the computer's processing speed and boot up time. The MacBook integrates seamlessly with Airport Extreme and Express, iPad, iTouch, Network Sharing with Windows computers and a wireless printer. You cannot go wrong with this model

Got this computer for college. Wanted something reliable that I wouldn't have to worry about getting viruses all the time. My sister has had her Mac for 5 yrs. My parents go through "other" laptops every 2-3 yrs.

Honestly, it's an Apple product. You cannot go wrong with anything from Apple. I would only like it to be a little quicker (since it's 4RAM), but at least it can be expanded to 8RAM. I love this laptop. Honestly, once you go Mac, you never go back!

This computer is more intuitive than any other PC I have ever owned. It just makes sense. For my work, it does everything I want and for fun, it does plenty. It is a little pricey but it is a Mac so you know everyone else is paying the same. I will never go back to the PC.

Birthday present. Son is happy, daughter has had same computer through 4 years of college and is still using it. Great investment for both. Also, purchased one for my wife to replace PC at home. I'm still a dell laptop user and will switch over when it dies or I out grow it.

This is a great laptop. It's an Apple so I couldn't give it a perfect score for value although it is a great value compared to other Apple computers. The display is not retina, but it is just fine. I wanted to hook it up to the tv and found out there was no HDMI output. I also have a SSD with retina display which is nicer in my opinion, but costs so much more that you really have to use it for movie editing etc to make it worth the price. I was always negative about Apple products being overpriced, but after buying this laptop, I am now i-equipped with every gadget you can think of due to the far better operating system and user experience. If you don't understand what user experience is then you haven't used Apple products.

Laptop serves its purpose. Go w Apple if you want a laptop w no issues down the line

I am very happy with this laptop. I love that the CD/DVD drive is internal, which I heard Apple will be changing. It looks clean, and is lightning fast. This is my first Apple laptop. So happy I made the switch!

I was totally against Apple I thought they were over-rated. Well I guess I was wrong. I have had an HP, Gateway, Dell, Lenovo and Toshiba. Always wanted to stay away from Apple too much money. Now that I have one I don't know why I didn't get one in the first place. For School the Apple is the best for the programs I need, all the others started out fine then they starting having problems loading certain text docs. for school then I had to go to the school use their computer and so on. So now I have all I need at my fingertips.
