It's my first Mac computer and the transition wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Everything works fast and efficiently. Still getting used to all of the things that the touch pad can do using different fingers, other than that, it's a great buy.

This is a great replacement for my Mac Mini. It's portable, and the biggest selling point is that I can upgrade the memory and the drives, which I need. Other models of the MacBook Pro are not upgradeable. I hope Apple keeps this model.

I bought this MacBook Pro because I had to give my work one back when I resigned. I had become so accustomed to Mac that the thought of learning how to use a regular pc seemed unproductive. I like that my ipad , iphone, and ipod are easy compatible with this laptop. I would have preferred the MacAir, but it did not have enough memory. I believe you can order a MacAir with more memory from the Apple Store, but I did not have enough time to do this.

I use this mostly for school work. Only using PC's before, I was surprise with how easy it was to adapt to using a MAC. Laptops that I have own in the past seemed to lack when it came battery life. The battery life for this has only exceeded my expectations.

I have always wanted an apple and this is meeting all my expectations!

I've used a PC all my life and although it's taking a little time to learn the different shortcuts and commands, I'm very satisfied with my first Mac computer. This kids use them at school as well so the laptop is used by all members of the family.

This is my first Mac and I really like it. Wish it were a touch screen though. I like the size and capabilities. I've only had it a short time and hope I like it just as much a year from now. My previous two dell computers failed me--the screens went out.
