Great laptop for a teenage student

Using the MacBook Pro is intuitive and it works right out of the box. Being so fast and easy, it makes school work a breeze. The performance, size and reliability really lets you enjoy doing school work. Worth the investment.

Plenty of hard drive space, virtual machine feature allows me to run quilting software for my embroidery. Ease of use for music library, photos, and email. Efficient browser speed. A+ for the MacBook Pro

Best Buy had the computer cheaper than at the Apple store. The Macbook pro is very fast and lightweight which makes it easy fpr me to take it to my college classes. Overall awesome product and no problems!

There is no reason to get the more expensive one with Retina display unless it fits your computing needs. If you are just looking for a good reliable home computer, get this along with apple care.

Good for Budding MAC Users

If it is 8GB, then it is good to use but still College student can make use of it.

But Hallelujah my husband finally got tired of me cussing out the Acer and bought my new Mac. Well, that and the fact he needed a computer to do the family taxes. But who cares the true reason, love or taxes, I have my new Mac and Life is gooooood!!!

I bought this Macbook for my daughter who is home schooled as I love my 17" Macbook Pro. My daughter LOVES her Macbook! Its fast, has all the features she needs and she won't outgrow it.
