I love it! I have really struggled to learn how a Mac works! It has been fun! I love how fast it processes! I am looking forward to continuing learning how to use the Mac! So pray that I don't mess it up!

My son is really enjoying his new Mac ProBook. He waited a long time to get it and he's loving it. He said it's so fast and he's gotten so use to using Mac over our regular PC. So far not one complaint!

This computer is not compatible with Microsoft software and components. We ran into trouble running some video software and cords.

This is the third MacBook Pro we have purchased from Best Buy. We can't say enough good things about it. It's affordable and easy to use. My kids use them for school. It is a very user-friendly computer.

Has everything I need and for quite a nice price. I did get an open box, so with the discounts I ended up getting 3 years of Apple Care. for the same price as a new one. A little slow, but it does what I want for surfing the net, doing paper work, and watching videos. I'll probably upgrade the ram and get and SSD to improve performance.

I was going to get the Macbook Air, but decided to get the Macbook Pro. The 13" Macbook Pro would be small enough to carry to class, but large enough to handle the software she would need for her classes.

First time owning a Mac computer and it has been great. Labtop is perfect for word processing and surfing the web. It has step by step instructions on the start up menu and the labtop itself is smooth.

I'm a pc user and this is my first mac...so there is an annoying learning curve. The processing is slower than a pc for the same price, but i guess i fell for the mystique of owning a mac and trying to sinc it with my iPad and iPhone has been good. Down side to that is you do not get additional iCloud space, and are forced to pay a MONTHLY fee?!?! for more. Overall, it works well (cause its new) but not worth the hype.

As a long term PC user I made the switch to Mac as friends all said how much easier it is to use. After day 1, I almost threw it away. I am getting there now but I still find that my PC and the PC version of MS Office, particularly Outlook for mail, did many things better. If you make the switch, be prepared for frustration. If there was a book or App that was specifically designed for PC converts, that would be a big help. I do find the tight integration between the Mac and my iPhone and iPad a plus. But am I more productive with Mac after one month - not even close. Thankfully I kept my PC desktop and continue to use it daily as well.

I never used a Mac before. But I always wanted one, but I was afraid. People said was hard to get used to. But I have an Iphone and an Ipad. I thought it was time for a MAC. I had nothing but problems with my PC's. My friends who have had MAC's have never had a problem. I figured i could get used to a MAC. Apple customer service is excellent. Apple makes a great product. I don't care what anyone says. Best Buy offered a great sale for the MAC PRO and was able to transfer all my data from my PC. The beauty is now all my info is connected to my computer, phone and ipad and my Icloud. it's great! Don't know why anyone would would still go with a PC. When you go with a MAC, you never go back with a PC.

It's an Apple, it's powerful, it's fast and has a beautiful display. It does everything I want to do and it does it fast. I have had no problems getting it set up and getting it working the way I want.

This lap top was a gift for my son's graduation. He wanted a Mac to replace his PC due to all the virus's his PC kept picking up. He quickly learned how to operate it and he's very happy with his gift.

This isn't too big or too small. Even without the Retina, it is perfect for editing pictures! I absolutely love it for all uses--scrapbooking, streaming videos & music, browsing internet, etc!

Enjoying my Macbook Pro very much. I use it primarily for school and its the perfect size and weight for travel across campus. I also enjoy the usability of the Mac versus my old PC. Great investment!

The MacBook is a great laptop for students that need reliable access. I was a pc user for years till I had to many difficulties with them. Now I really enjoy using a MacBook because of the quality.

Honestly from the first time I powered up this machine i fell in love. The operating system is smooth and seamless. I sometimes have intermittent connectivity issues with WIFI rumour has it that mac are very temperamental when it comes to the router being used. Other wise a great performing machine with great battery life. WIFI issues aside I'm a mac convert

I love the laptop cause it's something everyone buys. Overall live it just bad battery and I'm assuming that's just an apple thing

This mac is great works amazing could have a bit more ram and storrage but for 400 cheaper then most other macs it was perfect for me
