The hard drive died out of the blue after heavy use for four years. I would buy one again.

I'm a PC user ... got the MacBook and love it. Very fast and has great tactile feel on the keyboard. Very happy I made the move to Apple products.

I purchased this MacBook Pro to satisfy my curiosity about the Mac operating system and hardware. I had to upgrade the RAM in order to achieve good performance, but have been very satisfied otherwise. I can't say yet that I'm a Mac for life, but it's a great machine.

I am a college student and this laptop is just amazing I can say I will never go back to a PC! Definitely long lasting and worth every dollar you spend.

Easy to run multiple programs at a time, great battery life. Graphics are excellent as is sound quality. Good for home or traveling but does get heavy.

MacBook Pro computers are top notch in my book! That being said, this model came with only 4 GB of memory which was just too small for our needs. We decided to spend a little extra money and upgraded to a model with 8 GB of memory instead. It was a wise decision for us.

I know this computer will last for many years and it was a great price at Best Buy. I didn't miss the long wait times and lines at the Apple Store.

I got the MacBook Pro to switch to wireless, which was recommended to me through Comcast's Xfinity. I've been having frequent trouble keeping an Internet connection since then, but despite everything, I suppose the MacBook has been helpful in giving me the service I need, and Geek Squad more so. I just need to keep learning the technical ropes.

Brought this as a gift for my wife, she loves it. It is a decent, cool features and easy to go.

I love this computer!! It runs quick, the display is beautiful, and works great if you have other apple products. It was defiantly worth the money!!

If you are looking for a laptop, the MacBook Pro is the way to go. Easy to use, boots up quickly, and it has the disc drive built in. I LOVE it!!!!

This is my second Mac book pro I bought this one for my daughter and I don't think I will ever own any thing but a Mac the customer service that apple gives you at the apple store and on the phone is the best customer service that I have ever encountered and the products they sell is far superior than any other I have ever owned

I just type essays and use it for school so not really putting it to good use but great laptop

It had been a long while since I had to actually perform setup with a computer and I'd previously worked mainly with Windows computers, but with the package the awesome salesperson gave me, the setup only took the evening to perform. By the next day, I was completely functional and ready to work. I am confident that the Geek Squad insurance package I have will greatly aid my scholastic and professional freelancing endeavors. Best Buy has never made me feel like I haven't gotten a great deal of my money's worth and more.

Changed over from PC to MAC and will never look back to PC. The OS is so much more stable and easier to use once I got the hang of the different OS.
