I love it but to big to take to campus.

I totally recommend it for anyone going to college. Only problem is that its a bit to big to carry all the time.

Also we should have gotten the newer model with 1TB storage and Retina display for $100 more. Granted we are new to MacBooks and are still learning some of the features.

First Apple

This brand was recommended by a few of my co workers and friends. Somewhat pricey for me until Black Friday. So far I am very impressed with Apples iOS. Learning the Apple format is not difficult, must be patient by using Apple tutorials. It is smooth all around including the keyboards. Very strong and sturdy. A well deserved end of the year gift.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking to buy a laptop for my wife, for the past few years I change from PC to Apple, my wife was preferring a macbook air but after telling her there's no disc drive we opt for a pro. I look at price online even at Apple refurbish but I could buy a new one at the same price from Bestbuy. Also a nice feature about Apple you can set in the language of your choice when you first power it up, if you desire different from English.

Ease of setup and use

Since I'm her IT person by default, ease of installation and use are of the utmost importance. The MacBook Pro is handling the job very well.
