This was a present from my uncle for my birthday this year. My old Macbook died, about two months ago and I've been without a Mac. I know very sad. I love how easy it was to switch from the Macbook to the Macbook Pro. I have nothing bad to say about this product. I love the way Mac's function, they make sense to me, unlike PC's.

I am a mac user. They are intutitive and easy to use.

Can't think of anything not good about this product. My daughter was able to set-up and use immediately even though she has never had an Apple product.

I bought this computer after much thinking and saving. It has never worked like everyone says. I live in Costa Rica and was not able to take it to an apple store or best buy. When it finally just stopped working it was a month after the warranty... definitely not worth the price. But when it works its great... I don't feel it is a dependable computer... I like Apple products but was honestly despointed by this computer model.

I bought this mac book for my son (Chritmas gift) to do the Home work. Easy to setup and installed the office 2010 and works great, So far no issues.

I love this Mac. I love how clear the screen is, I love the light up keyboard. I wish there was a beginning tutorial for it, however, as it can be difficult to learn to use a Mac when you have been a lifetime regular computer user. Also, I wish there was the 10 key set up instead of the numbers in a simple row across the top.

Great product. Bought opened box. Was not told from the hard reset some standard apps would not be on the laptop anymore. Lost iPhoto and iMovie. Called the store and I was told I would have to buy the apps again from apple. Would be nice to know this upfront.

i Love my new mac! the platform is way better than windows in terms of functionality. As a new beginner, i struggled with the functions but once i read the manuals and knew the things i can do with my laptop, i fell in love with it. i believe the mac is also better in terms of security... never going back to hp or sony!

I was so excited to get this product. I did my research before hand to determine exactly what I wanted. I have a favorite sales person that works at my Best Buy and he was so much help. He told me exactly what I needed and the pros and cons of the computer. I'm very pleased with my product and the Best Buy help I received.

if you can pay the price, it's the right way to go !!!

First Apple product, and so far I love it! Though, it will take some time to transition from Windows, I don't miss the constant pop-ups. Do wish it came with a booklet for easy reference on where to find things. Keyboard and display are fantastic. Don't miss windows at all! Highly recommended if you can afford the switch!
