This is one of the best laptops I have owned. High powered and FAST! Boot up time is a little longer than expected, but it could be because I have several accounts that are actively used on this device. The primary use for this PC is for DJING using DJ mixer boards and equipment.

Eventhough this model was a 2012 Apple product, for the money it could not be beat. It almost has all the same features as the current model at half the price. Thanks

I'm a mobile DJ and purchased this PC as an upgrade to the 2009 MacBook I had. This computer fit the bill! Even better is the ability to expand the memory (unavailable for the MacBook Air) which I plan on doing real soon. It runs complex applications with speed and no glitches.

The Macbook Pro 13 is the best sized laptop. We have a 10" SOB (Some other brand) which is too small and our 15.6" other laptops are too large for us for traveling. We really like this computer. Also, the keyboard has background light which really helps in low light conditions.

So easy to use. We were in desperate need of a new laptop. Since we both had iPhones and we had an iPad we decided to stick with Apple. I'm so glad we did. This macbook is fast! So much better than what I'm used to. Upgraded all the way around and the cost was about the same.

Used alot of windows based computers and they have nothing on the mac OS, just a very well designed well built computer. Like any new computer they take a little bit to get used to but after you learn all the little tricks to using it you learn it is a very nice unit.

Bought this for my 9 year old son for Christmas for a great price on Black Friday! He wanted a laptop to start his future as a youtuber doing video game reviews and it has been amazing so far. So easy to setup and start using right away. Apple products have never let us down!

I was looking to upgrade from a 2008 white macbook. Even though it did not have the Retina display, it works perfectly for me. I just use it for browsing on the internet and playing facebook games, so I didn't need top of the line. It was what I needed at a reasonable price.

I love my MacBook Pro! Just switched over from a PC and I'm never going back. The cover is great too for protecting the laptop although it gets hot on the bottom when your gaming. The black bag is really nice and worth the price. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

For most of my life, I've sworn off Apple products, save for iPods. However, my roommate recently convinced me to try out the iPhone. I did, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When my PC crashed, I made the decision to buy this Macbook Pro 13.3". I am extremely happy with my purchase. It is a very simple yet powerful machine, and I'm almost mad that I didn't switch to a Macbook sooner. I have not had the pleasure of interacting with the Macbook Pro 13.3" with Retina Display, but this laptop suits all of my needs regardless. I can charge up the computer and not have to plug it in for a couple days, with moderate to sometimes heavy use. My only gripe is that there are still some Mac/PC compatibility issues that I've had crop up only in the past week. For example, I was using Microsoft PowerPoint and embedded a video into a slide - this video would not play when I gave my lecture on a PC. My suspicion is that this is more operator error than machine error, however. The aluminum body does scratch easily, but this is more or less true depending on how well you take care of it. I always leave it in a sleeve when I'm not using it, and always use it on a flat or soft surface when I am using it. The touchpad is easy to get the hang of, and I find it super useful when switching between windows/desktops.

I mainly bought this for school but now it turned into much much more, I always wanted a mac but alway had a dell due to the pricing of the mac's but best buy had a great program and got it for way way less then the actually store and its "new" not no refurbished BS. Very fast easy to use and beyond way more stuff to do then a normal laptop even more to do then windows 8 .. as per I was a beta tester for it .. Hope this helped !

This is a wonderful Mac at a very good price! Fast, efficient, and beautiful to work with! I was able to get it at $200 dollars off! Better than apples price! The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable in his help he rendered me! I would recommend to my friends and family.

I bought this Macbook Pro for my daughter to use for school, gaming and whatever else she may need. Since she had been wanting one for so long, she was thrilled to get it! So far it has been all she wanted and more. It is very quick and full of useful programs! Love it!

Tired of replacing Windows laptops time after time, we made the decision to purchase a Macbook. They are much more durable and less problematic. You turn it on, it works. You connect a USB device, they work.

Bought as Christmas gift for my teenage daughter. It easily fits into her backpack and the high school has wifi so it is VERY useful. I don't have to nag her to do her homework. She used a PC before and finds the Mac is highly reliable and easy to use. No more "lost" files!

They hit iPad territory, and blow away last year's performance. So, Mac laptops with iPad-strength batteries, check. And lower prices, too? Check again. Also a nice surprise: the 13-inch Air and 11-inch Air are more similar than ever, with the same exact new fourth-gen Intel Haswell processors, storage options, RAM, and upgraded 802.11ac Wi-Fi capability. Which also means, other than the battery, in most ways they're pretty much the same as before.

I got this for my daughter as a birthday/Christmas gift. She will be going to college next year and this everything she wanted. Even though the guy in line behind me recommended I get a Windows laptop, went with this and she loves all it can do and how fast it is.

This is a great laptop. It will do everything you need. Got it specifically because it has the disk drive. Apple makes fantastic computers that rarely need servicing. Worth the extra. Great silver color, too!

I love my computer! My husband bought it for me for school and bought me everything else I would need. It's perfect for personal use and school use. I actually stopped using my iPhone and iPad because I find it easier to use my Mac for everything! Love my MacBook Pro!

This is the second MacBook Pro i have bought in the last 2 years. After returning to college myself and seeing the young kids with apples i inquired as to why send such a large amount of money on a laptop. only to learn the average kids had had their laptop for approximately 6 to 8 years and was still working like a one. Therefore when my daughter started school last year i purchased one for her and the results have been wonderful. so i bought one this year for my other daughter starting college in the fall we also purchased the apple external hard drive to make sure it always has plenty of data storage
