I was so excited to get this product. I did my research before hand to determine exactly what I wanted. I have a favorite sales person that works at my Best Buy and he was so much help. He told me exactly what I needed and the pros and cons of the computer. I'm very pleased with my product and the Best Buy help I received.

First Apple product, and so far I love it! Though, it will take some time to transition from Windows, I don't miss the constant pop-ups. Do wish it came with a booklet for easy reference on where to find things. Keyboard and display are fantastic. Don't miss windows at all! Highly recommended if you can afford the switch!

Perfect. I'm not a techie, but I was able to set this up myself. Looking forward to living virus free for a while. Seems I was replacing windows laptops every 3 yrs despite renewing virus protection yearly.

This was my first Mac purchase. Great price on this Macbook Pro. The keyboard is amazing, the keys are sensitive and the keyboard is backlit, which is perfect for typing in low lights situations. Impressed with the trackpad, its big with a multitude of gestures that are similar to my smartphone. Best trackpad I've used.

I love It, runs perfectly. the MacBook Pro features Intel's new third-generation Core architecture for a boost in processor and memory speeds.

Easy for anyone to setup quickly. Free OS upgrade.

The process was so easy . Bought it online and picked up in store same day . They had it ready for me at the from counter with my name and ready to go. Only issue I ran into was not being able to enter in my rewards number .. However , they helped me in store and I was on my way .. Great laptop

I use my Mac everyday. Primarily for business but also use it for personal use as well. I like the way I can call on customers all day storing information and downloading into main computer when I get home. Saves a lot of paper and time not having to duplicate everything. Looking forward to the company going a e-sign.

I really prefer this over my old microsoft computer.

She loves it and it works perfectly for what she does. Research for school, writing papers, listening to music, watching videos and social media.

I switched to IMacs and MacBook Pros for my business and at home due to the Windows 10 fiasco. The Apples do everything that my Windows PCs did only better and without the constant hassle from Microsoft dealing with updates and trying to force a change to Windows 10. Couldn't be happier with Apple.

This laptop has so far performed perfectly. It was a little tough transitioning from many years using Windows PC's but with the help from so Mac users I have got a handle on it. Love the keyboard it feels very solid. I only wish I had gotten the retina version but I needed the optical drive. So far it has served me well.
