I really do like the Mac despite the couple of issues I have had. It is mostly an adjustment from using a standard laptop/PC to the Mac's functionality. Just wish now I could get it to connect to the printer. It's the only thing keeping it from getting an excellent rating on Performance and I wish it had a 10 key.

My first computer was a Macintosh back in 1989, so I cut my teeth of Apple products. Apple has (almost) always delivered the highest quality, and most aesthetically-pleasing computer products on the planet. The Macbook Pro is no exception. If I had to make one negative comment, I find the price point a bit high for the product. There are several quality laptops on the market for several hundred dollars less. It comes down to whether or not someone feels the Apple brand and operating system (slick, I must admit) is worth the extra cash.

I will never buy another brand. This is my second MacBook Pro, and if I didn't spill coffee and seltzer on the first one over the past four years it would still be in perfect condition (it still works it just has damaged ram from the liquid).

I was always anti MacBook because I never understood how it worked and it is so expensive. However, it's a great laptop and easy to learn. All my apple products sync to my mac and it's awesome.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. Set up was a breeze. Display is crisp and sharp. She's been streaming videos/shows/movies with no problems. Installed M-soft Office to be compatible with our other devices. While this cost more than some other laptops,I would definitely recommend this laptop.

We bought this for our college age daughter after her PC kept having issues. We are MAC users and have now converted her to the world of MAC.

So far I love using this computer. My last PC was about 8 years old and would barely start up, taking literally 10 minutes to boot up! I lost my patience, did a lot of research, asked friends and family and finally made my purchase. So glad I did!

I love this computer, I can honestly say the only down side is the price, and that it doesn't come with excel and microsoft word considering what you pay for it.

I had purchased the same computer 3 years ago and it crashed. I liked it so much I purchased it again. This time I'm very dissappointed with the MacBook. It runs very slow!!!!

I've always had PCs but now that I'm going to graduate school I wanted to upgrade to a computer that would last a long time. Apple products are very stylish and have lots of great features; however, it is very hard to transition from a PC. Learning the shortcuts and formatting is taking some getting used to. What is considered "instinctive" by Apple is not the same as other products. Overall though I'm happy with this purchase.

for a person like me who was using windows computers, the Program takes a while to get use to, but once i find it fascinating. it would be great if Microsoft office is sold with it, i mean uploaded there like any other computer. other than that i just wish a long life for it, for my sake of course.

I got great service from the BB lady, and I was looking for air or pro and I am very pleased with the pro. it has so far met all my needs.

Apple notebooks are just the best. They boot up fast and the key board feels fantastic. You can tell the computer is well built and has a totally different feel than any windows product. My roommate has an Apple notebook going on ten years with no problems. I expect this one to last the same amount of time.

This is our third McBook in our family and I don't see us every owning another PC. We love the Apple family of products and they are so easy to use and we have never had any trouble with viruses. My PC at work just got attacked today with a virus and have not had that trouble with any of our Apple products.

I have always used pc's. However I needed a new computer and was not fond of windows 8 so I decided to give MAC a try. I have really enjoyed this computer. I love the fact that when you open it up it doesn't take forever to boot up like pc's.

Awesome product for being my first Mac. Great for projects at school, running programs, and operates smoothly.

I needed to replace my older Apple laptop, which I had been happy with, so I wanted another Macbook. My new Macbook Pro is great. And it could not have been easier to migrate data from the older computer to the new one. I've had it for about 6 weeks now, and it's operating perfectly.

Overall this is a great computer and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good computer the only complaint I have is the commands I hate the fact that I can't just right click in order to copy and paste which is very minor other than that it is a great computer it takes some getting use to

I recently purchased this Mac for my wife to be able to download and store all of our sons pictures and edit accordingly. She was not a fan of Mac as she works daily on a PC platform. After a week she loves it and found the UI friendly and easy to understand. "It's just like my iPhone" as she remarked .

The touch pad is so crazy it's easy to move from one display to another, or keep more windows open where you can easily go back from previous pages just by tracking your touch pad! You can zoom in and out the window or even change the font size! You can tap or click to go to the next page! I just love this!
