Best Buy had the computer in my hands in seconds, so it far exceeds the Apple store at the mall in regards to time and convenience. The computer came with all the same things. The only thing they didn't sell was Apple care, which I never quite know if I need, so no big deal there.

Bought for my soon to be freshman daughter. She loves the easy to use Mac book. Uses it daily and school has not started yet.

THE BEST COMPUTER ON THE MARKET. HAD TWO SONY VAIO AND HAD TWO GATEWAY LAPTOPS AND THEY DIDNT LAST FOR ANYTHING. I NOW HAVE TWO MAC BOOKS TWO IPADS AND NUMEROUS OTHER APPLE PRODUCTS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING OTHER THAN APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN. THE STAFF WERE REAL KNOWLEGABLE ALSO.

My daughter bought this with some of her graduation money - needed a good laptop for college. Only had it about 6 weeks - but so far she is really liking it. She has not reported any issues - so if she is happy - I am happy!

I bought this Mac in 2014, 2 years later after the purchase (1 month after factory warranty expired) I have problems with the battery. Notifications came up saying it needed maintenance. Also the was an issue with the hard drive so I couldn’t log in the computer. I fixed that problem, now a year later I keep having similar problems with the hard drive.

I was really hesitant to move from a pc that I've always used to a mac. I've heard so many great things about mac products that I was intrigued. I read reviews - all were good. I was concerned about compatibility and how easy it would be to use versus a PC. I so happy with my decision.

We've tried and failed with one too many PCs so we bought the MacBook after researching with this or an IPad Pro. The main difference we went for was the stable attached keyboard so I can write in bed or anywhere and don't need a flat surface. Really love it!

Its been 3 months since i bought this laptop. I love this purchase, i made wise decision on this purchase even though its little expensive its worth it. I had many laptops before this, all i always hate the plastic touchy feel, pop ups, anti virus updates, slow browsing issues, long boot up time ... Macbook gives me solid aluminum touch feel i like that, fast browsing for my daily activities. i do play games little.( so NO comments on that) I keep posted on the updates, thanks for reading

My new Mac book pro has been great so far. Does everything I need and more glad I purchased it and got a good deal on it from the holidays. The price was still high but I know what I'm getting from Apple and happy to pay for the quality. All and all very satisfied with my computer.

I really use my computer to do schoolwork, surf the Internet, and listen to music. I just didn't really how much music andnoictures I had! The storage is plenty for me and that's just what I needed. And combining all my Apple accounts doesn't hurt either

I can say that I'm pleased with purchasing this product via Best Buy. It was already price matched via apple AND with college pricing, I got $50 back so in total, I got this computer for $949! The warranty is worth it too so like every year I pay $200 for a great warranty that Geek Squad supports for ANYTHING and I mean the true definition for anything. Great place to buy a MacBook from.

It is a great computer and it is fully compatible with the college system. I like the touch screen, which is one of the reasons I chose this computer. I wish it came with some of the software I use regularly. The computer was expensive and then, when you add on the price of software, it is a little overwhelming. Hopefully, the quality will make the price worth paying. I like that I don't have to worry about viruses. I loved being able to order it online and then pick it up at the store!

I have never been a big Mac supporter but this computer has made me appreciate the OS a little more than I anticipated.

This is a great laptop for a college student, has all the vital information and is very convenient . Has many accessories to customize it with also. I am very very very happy about my purchase. I am also an apple head.

I'm still learning how to use it but it seems fast and works good. It should get better as I get used to the Apple system.

I think the Mac Book Pro was worth the money. I think the overall quality of the computer is better then the others I had looked at. I also feel more at ease knowing that I don 't have to worry as much about viruses.

Love my new MacBook Pro. My old MacBook was 6 years old. You never know how great upgrades are until you get them.

It was time to purchase a new computer to replace my old MacBook. This one fit my needs perfectly. It has the internal optical drive which I had to have. Works fantastic and integrates well with my iPhone and iPad. A perfect addition to my computing needs.
